The best Starbucks experience I have had in YEARS! Since the pandemic, I have recently been a Dunkin fan as Starbucks customer experience went downhill. However, Paxton and Lin* were fantastic! Paxton was very knowledgeable about more then just coffee and super personable!! Didn’t even know I was waiting for coffee, felt like just a regular conversation!
Starbucks is my favorite coffee I love this Location because every time I go shopping, I stop for my coffee!!!
Went to get white hot chocolate… the server (Gena) gave us the incorrect order… informed her about it, then she went ahead being all disrespectful. When she finally gave us the correct order, there was red lipstick all over our cup cover.
Devon was awesome, she made one of the most heavenly flat whites I've tasted. It's a nice quiet place and customer service is awesome!
Coffee taste awful. I paid for an extra caramel drizzle and didn't even taste it. Everytime I buy here, my coffee always go wasted..
First time at this branch, great service, fast, the employs dance around eachother in harmony. Team work definently exists here. Friendly atmosphere, that's makes one feel comfortable. Oh an Ben andTyteuna were especially awesome. A big thanks!.
I don't really like coffee much anymore but I did get the dragon fruit refresher and that thing was awesome.
Not polite like other locations (except Melanie in drive thru). Always messing up my easy order.
Martha is extremely rude and scolds customers for placing mobile orders. I didn't want to review or complain the first time it happened because I figured she was having an off day, but today she did it again and I heard her scolding the people behind us through the headset. We were one of two cars in the drive thru. Her only response to the problem being brought up was, "I don't care." I had to call corporate to complain, which I don't ever feel comfortable doing. Everyone else I have interacted with at this location is wonderful, quick, and super friendly. I don't understand what this person's issue is, but she REALLY needs to get fired.
