Had the most amazing experience today. Vicky, Teighan and Andrea made me smile. I couldn't believe the person taking my order at the drive through could actually have an amazing sense of humor. The 5 beverages I ordered for my group was perfect as well. Thank you guys so much!
I have only had one good experience here and it was a younger gentleman. Otherwise, every single time I go here, there’s some thing wrong with my order. Usually I go here by myself and only order an decaf caramel frappe (no special adjustments) you’d think this is easy enough right? Apparently not.. I work at Target so I get this drink frequently at the store I work at so I know what it looks/ tastes like. The lady at this location today handed me what looked like a vanilla bean frappe (it was white with black specks in it) with caramel drizzled on top. Then I handed it back to her and apologized and said I think this is wrong, I ordered a decaf caramel frappe which is exactly what it said on the cups sticker. She gave me a dirty look and took it from me. Threw a shot of regular espresso in the same drink when I ordered decaf, blended it and handed it back to me with the drink spilling down the sides. Absolutely poor customer service and staff never seems to get the simplest orders right.. normally I don’t even take the time to leave reviews but this location is absolute trash. Save yourself the trouble and go a couple minutes up the road to the Dunn avenue location.
How is your iced coffee at this location always so watered down? Every other Starbucks it’s comes out great but this one here is a constant let down. I come here sometimes because it’s so close to my job but it sucks. The iced coffee just always tastes like absolutely nothing just bitter water.
I placed an online order which was ready pretty quickly for pick up, which was great! The only unappealing thing about this place is that it was a mess. The tables were sticky, there were balled up napkins thrown on the floor, the counters were sticky, and the floor had some trash on it.
We were on the road and needed a pick me up. Got a delicious almond milk frappuccino and a venti americano. They were made well. Kind server. Fast service. The almond milk cost 75 cents more than regular milk... That doesn't make sense to me at all.
I work nearby and go through here frequently. The staff is always happy and friendly in the drive through. This is especially important when it’s early on a Monday and you’ve inched your way through downtown traffic. The first face you see before work is smiling—worth it. The rest of the products are the same everywhere but I go here for the people. There is another closer to my house when I leave but I go here for the people.
Ahhh, first off I’d like to say this little girl named Madelyn has four eyes she rolled at me today (without looking me in the face) in the drive thru…her fellow staff member asked her to remake a SIMPLE green tea matcha latte with no ice. At which she rolled her four eyes and was to much of a coward to look at me or even address me as I asked her WHY she did that. Not once did she look at me when I asked. Proceeded to ignore me. Then I asked to talk to her…and she had the audacity to walk away to the back.If you can’t take it, don’t dish it. LolI’ll be back, now that I live here. ?
This place is a JOKE. I wanted to order a venti water with some peach juice, and of course they didn't have any peach juice. So instead I ordered a dragonfruit drink. They were out of that too. So I settled for a venti pink drink, and a strawberry açaí. They gave me two pink drinks with no strawberries. I asked if I could get what I had originally ordered and they threw away one of the pink drinks and gave me a strawberry açaí again with no strawberries. I asked where the strawberries were and they told me they were out. At this point I was just shocked, and I asked the barista why I wasn't told there weren't any strawberries. She said the girl who took my order couldn't have known. They literally cant get the simplest order right. Worst costumer service and in fact probably the worst Starbucks on the planet. If you want your day ruined definitely stop by.
Mobile order only 4/20/22 or drive through. App said they were out of oatmilk and they were inside using oatmilk so unable to order anything on mobile with oatmilk.
Poor customer service. I went through drive thru asked for tall dark coffee with cream. She said they don't serve dark, I asked what do they have, she said medium, I said ok. Then she charged me for a grande so I said I'd like a tall not a grande. I pulled up and asked if she could add cream because if she wasn't charging me for the right size I didn't think she heard me say cream. She said they could and she gave it back to me and it is so cold. And taste like milk. It is also white because there is so much milk.
