I’ve been to many Starbucks in different states over the years. I’m visiting here in Jacksonville and I needed my iced coffee! This location was perfect for where I’m staying. The service was very friendly and quick. Sometimes when a drive through is busy, the inside orders may get put on hold. But not here during the two times I came! Very impressed with how quickly I got my coffee. Better than the one back home.
Pretty good. Parking lot is pretty crowded but hey that's a good sign, right?
It was a pleasure to visit your Starbucks at 7153 Phillips Highway in Jacksonville on July 1, 2022. Two of your professional employees made this visit an awesome one for me. I was served by Mateo who went “above and beyond” to make my particular drink just perfect. Later during my visit, Kelly breezed through the store with delightful samples of a new coffee drink to try. What kind and thoughtful employees! Many thanks to both of them!

Pretty fast starbucks with friendly workers. The downside is the location and how busy it gets in the area during peak times.

i've been here on multiple occasions and I'm never happy with my drink. Consistently more milk than coffee. Or very water down. There are way better Starbucks in the area, if you're really into coffee, this isn't a Starbucks for you. The Dunkin down the plaza has better coffee if we're being honest

This location closes the inside whenever they feel like it and it’s lazy and annoying. We live in America not a 3rd world country. You have to wait in the driveway behind 20 cars or go to Dunkin.
