As an Uber driver this location is horrible!!!! Horrible!!!! I asked for my customers order 3 times in a 20 minute span and was blown off when my the manager so I cancelled the trip. I'm sorry to my customer but Starbucks was not worth it
Currently sitting here waiting for my grande coffee. I have been here for 30 minutes. There are workers walking around doing absolutely nothing. They are always acting like they have better things to do than work. I shouldn’t be sitting here this long for 1 single coffee. I have my 3 year old autistic son with me and for him to sit here this long is difficult. People that got here after me is getting served before. I’m over this location. There’s always something. They just don’t seem to care anymore.
Arrived this morning around 9:40 a.m. and walked in to place my order. I was greeted and told it will be just a moment, I was the only inside to order at the time. After waiting 5mins to place an order and having at least 3 employees including the manager tell me someone will be with me, my order was finally taken. I was very dissatisfied to know as I’m ordering that they were out of decaf pike place roast and out of oatmilk! The one satisfying thing that did come out of this visit is that they were willing to make a decaf americano to accommodate. It’s safe to say I will stick to my other coffee places as this was not up to par at all.
If I could give this place no stars, I WOULD!! The people that work there are the rudest folks I have ever met in my life. No customer service ? I know this is going to sound terrible, but in every location where the service has been horrible, has been with black people working in there. What is their deal? They act so entitled, like the rest owe them something. Just plain not nice ? We need change Starbucks!!!!!
Worst service in town!!! Corprate needs to go in and fire every single one of those little girls and boys. Useless. I will never go to another Starbucks again because of my experiences at the Dunn Avenue 32218 version. No matter what time of day I've tried in the past, the staff has gotten my order wrong, and took an extremely long time to give me my order. The attitudes and dispositions of these people you hire aren't suitable for customer service. I hope someone reads this and refuses to come anywhere near this establishment.
Aleah gave me the best drive thru service I’ve ever experienced at Starbucks. It was fast, the coffee and food was great, and the workers were fantastic, polite, and organized. Great team of Baristas at this location.
Really love the latte's. Drive through not too slow, and prices not too bad. Really small street sign, I missed it. And trees blocking the front of the building. So you really need to look for it. Lobby closed, don't know why.
This used to be my favorite Starbucks till today . I ordered 6 Javas and the didn't put any flavor in two of them I waited 28 min . In the drive thru to get my coffee when I got them and my kids took a sip instantly they knen they had forgot the coffee itself . We tried to knock on the door because I didn't have a nother 30 min to waste in the drive thru seeing as there was 8 cars behind me .and only two in front of them when I had to wait 28 mins to begin with . They would not pick up the phone when I called 3 times They wouldn't come to the door and the when I went back through the driver Thur they refused to fix there mistake said I was rude because I knocked on the door . The Starbucks on Dunn Ave near the Publix. Go there practically everyday M-F and usually don't have a problem. This morning they seemed to want to be argumentative. I always order my granddaughter a caramel frappacino, whole milk, extra drizzle. Everytime and never had a problem and I know what they are supposed to look like. Today, I entered my order and the voice from the box said, " It already comes with whole milk. " I said "okay". Drove to the window and when they handed me the coffee, it was a regular drizzle. I attempted to hand it back, stating " We ordered extra drizzle." The young man at the window said," That is extra drizzle. It just means drizzle in the cup and on top." When a customer waits in line for ten minutes, pays over $5 for a cup of coffee, just give them what they ask for and save the arguments for when you get home! It is called "customer service".
Fast lobby service. Hot and cold drinks made well. Breakfast sandwich and collie were also very good.However, both outside trash cans are full and overflowing. Inside lobby needs to be swept and mopped. Bathrooms need to be swept, mopped, and wiped down. Women's bathroom had no toilet paper. Only shift management can make sure the store is clean by caring about it so that the employees care about it.Rooting for the good shift managers that can turn this unkept Starbucks Store # 10501 Jacksonville, FL into a clean Starbucks that we are all used to visiting.
