Staff is always pleasant and friendly no matter how many time I fumble trying to place my order.
I found the fly in my drink. I saw something black, so I had to spill some out to see it more clear and I did. So disappointed.
Since my recent relocation to Jacksonville's Best Side, I have frequently frequented this here Starbucks location. On more than one occasion, I've had to stop at another location on my way to work to procure a decent and relatively satisfying cup of coffee after purchasing a dismally disappointing cup of coffee from this location. It's as if I've been handed a near-four-dollar cup of hot, brown water. I consistently order Pike Place because I like it strong and dark and I know what I'm going to get. Or at least, I should. And it's not like I'm ordering ahead and my coffee is sitting on the counter a long time before I arrive. In fact, I've started ordering ahead before putting my pants on and fighting traffic through a good five stop lights to get there and I still wind up waiting 10 minutes for my drink. Either the "barista" is just pouring whatever they feel like pouring (Blonde Roast? Yuck.) or they're not dosing the brew properly. Or they're not actually dumping and replacing the grinds before they brew the next batch. Either way, I'm growing tired of the crapshoot. Few things are more disappointing than waiting 10 minutes for something that should definitely be ready when you arrive just to find it severely lacking. Most of the partners are friendly, though. So that's gotta count for something....
awesome coffee great service thank you ☕??
I love you guys. This Starbucks has the best service, and the absolute slowest drive-thru in the world.I'll never stop coming here, but would love the drive-thru time to be less than 15-20 minutes if possible ?
The guy "Clay' was more concerned with messing with coffee stir straws than actually taking our money or even getting the orders correct. The wait was not your typical wait time for this establishment. He never informed us that they were out of certain products for our drink, so unsure why he would think we would even want it. But I'm pretty sure Clay figured we were too stupid to notice. So thank you, Clay. I know my $15 plus orders won't make a dent in starbucks revenue, but this is definitely not the one we will be returning to.
poor experience today overall. the food quality tasted like it had been sitting out for a while and just microwaved . i order two large drinks and paid for two large drinks . i specifically said large because all the terms starbucks uses are confusing. i got one large and one medium… when i commented on it the cashier at the window just said i ordered a medium . didn’t offer to fix it or even offer to have me pay the difference . the drive thru line took over 20 minutes to sit though and i’m not exaggerating unfortunately. at that point i just took the medium . i checked my receipt i paid for a large caramel macchiato. glad i got a medium though because it was made incorrectly as well ?
wait was sort of long but it was worth it. Starbucks always been delicious ?
I visit this location several times per week, but today was greeted by Mckenzie. Not only did she introduce herself, but asked my name and it made for a personable experience. Thank you Mckenzie for a great start to my day!
This is my first poor experience with this Starbucks location. Disclaimer: I will be petty with this review. February is Black History Month (celebrated 365/366)… this establishment had only white employees on staff, no one spoke to me when I entered. I am not white. I counted 6 people in Starbucks attire/uniform, my order was placed and paid for ahead of time, I was just picking up. However, the way the counter is setup, it seems inappropriate to reach for your order, plus it could possibly not be yours. So I politely waited as I could see orders were being made for other customers. 2 Black women were seated and 1 white officer was waiting for an order he had just walked in and placed. I waited several minutes, no one made eye contact with me, purposely did not acknowledge my presence nor ask me anything. 2 whites women walked in and was immediately acknowledged and spoken to. I abruptly reached over counter and grabbed my order. No one said anything, no thank you, I apologize, I’ll be with you, come again, nothing. The worst customer service ever received from Starbucks and I frequent this place regularly locally and while out of town. I am very disappointed. However, I will say my order was made correctly and was delicious.
