My only complaint is how busy this Starbucks gets, I have legitimately waited for my coffee for 30 minutes before here. It's better when you order with the app, but not always. They do always have a really good selection of the tumblers and the cups though if you're looking for that.
Recognize most of the staff and they're always ridiculously friendly. Best managed Starbucks I've ever been to! And yes.. I go there even though I'm closer to another location.. no offense!
Yep! This is how they served it… hopefully, just broken off piece. Store staff too busy to respond. Never coming back.
By far the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited. The staff is very genuine & sweet. Not to mention they are super organized & clean. The atmosphere is outstanding. Thank you for starting my day on a great note.
Had me waiting looking stupid for a cup of water !! 10 mins go by I ask the lady can you just make it for me it's just a cup of water she replies " they are getting to it" literally ice and water in a cup. You should be trying to get people in and out not just waiting for something as petty as a cup of water.
Definitely one my favorite Starbucks to go to. They make right at home. Especially Jacob and Cole, they always make my morning with great customer service
I usually don't make reviews,however, I believe this store was extremely outstanding in every way. The store is very clean. The day that I went here, it was busy. However, I was in and out with no problem. The evening baristas are very welcoming and nice. This one barista, in particular Samiah, made my day 10 times much better. She was very helpful and kind. She asked me how I was and if my day was going good. Samiah went above and beyond to make sure my experience here was great. Overall, I love this store. It’s not like most Starbucks, because for one it’s not a drive-thru. I believe here they are actually more genuine about making a connection with the customers. The staff is great and the quality of food and drinks are great as well. Definitely worth the money, 10/10 experience .
I strongly feel that I was racially profiled at this location. Especially the one with the colored hair. It's crazy how they can make you feel uncomfortable. Answer her question, and she act like you don't even exist.
