My experience today was the worst EVER ! i go to this Starbucks every single day and i always ask for a water add peach juice to give the water a flavor , Starbucks charges 50 cent for ANY inclusion but on today i was told that i would have to pay $5.11 for my WATER ! The manger whom addressed herself as MALLORY was rude and told me If i needed any higher help than “google” it ! Also told me to be sure to let them know she helped me and asked me to leave the store ! I spend my money here every single day and i will NEVER use this Starbucks again ! This was a very poor handled and unprofessional matter in a very incorrect manner im so disappointed with today !
Pretty much the same as all the other Starbucks although they tend to be a little bit slower there
Staff was polite and professional. Store was well kept. Drinks and food were delicious.
It was my first time inside and I got two banana nut breads warmed, and it was so delicious.
Didn't get my drink right and 5pm traffic on Collins is bad didn't realize it till I was the expressway very sad money wasted no extra mocha sauce or cookie crumble tasted like straight coffee not only that I got queasy after... Sad
Its a good Starbucks location. Service is pretty fast (im there at first opening) the coffee is always well made and I'm always thankful for people taking pride in what they do.
The drive thru worker w the great smile an black thick hair was awesome.I experienced great CS from the time he took my order &☆☆☆ BELIEVE IT OR NOT--- HE DID NOT KEEP SAYING ON THE MICROPHONE "IS THAT ALL?"PRICELESS...I always recieve nice service at this location!
If you have nothing but time to waste this is the place for you. You will spend 10 minutes in the drive through before getting to order. Then another 10 to get to the window. Then you wait…and wait…and wait. The management do not value your time and make no accommodations for wasting yours.
Waited nearly 20 minutes for a cup of drip coffee. That was literally the only item I ordered. As a former Starbucks employee, this makes absolutely no sense to me. I heard others complaining as well, but they had ordered espresso beverages, and there is always an understandable wait for those products. After waiting, I decided to go ask how much longer, but decided on a refund, after seeing an employee JUST starting a fresh urn of coffee. Frustrating experience, to say the least
