best team ive ever had working at starbucks for 8 years. everyone cares about the customers as well as cleanliness and standards. we have come A LONG way in the past year than what we were. keep it up guys!!
I mean it’s Starbucks, what’s not to love!!? Sarah took our order & her friendly attitude made my day. I had an iced cold brew sugar free vanilla latte & it was excellent. Thank you for getting my day off to a great start!
Welcoming staff and environment. Not too busy. My drink order was made cold vs hot but was addressed and corrected asap.
Liana is excellent, the whole team was working hard. I got my order wrong and the helped me figure out what I actually meant to order and made it for me. They truly care about their customers experience. ?
I gave them only 1 star because I always ask for extra toppings on my drinks & the girl barely put any so I asked her to plz put extra & when I did she got an attitude & snatched the drink up & put a tiny bit more toppings on my drink & put the cup down on the counter a little bit down from where I was standing. I've never had anyone that works there ever treat me that way before, I was totally shocked so much that I just stood there for a second until my mind processed what took place & that's when I told her that her attitude was not needed & uncalled for... She needless to say because of her Im not giving 5 stars this time & also not giving a tip. Normally I always tip the person who makes my drinks about $5 every time I go in & always give them 5 stars. All employees need to be nice to the customers during work hours
Worst customer experience of any Starbucks in a very long time. I don’t care if the ticket didn’t print with my order, please just fix it and don’t make the customer suffer while you all argue about whose fault it is; it’s not the customer’s fault. 25 minutes to get two drip coffees is unacceptable.
The young lady that took our order was very friendly and nice, on the other hand the young lady that made our drinks was very unprofessional. I order the ice tea lemonade dragonfruit. Unfortunately she made the complete drink in the cup that was given to me with the powder floating at the top.REALLY?? WHO DOES THAT? I had to ask her to shake it up. She act like it was a problem. My granddaughter order the chocolate latte that she had to stir it with her straw. I gave 2 stars for the person that took the money. If it wasn't for her being nice. The score would of being zero stars. Starbucks isn't cheap. Please make customers drinks correctly.
Need more people working there. Service was so slow getting our drinks. These kids were doing all they could to keep up. If this country is so desperate for help then why do they not have more staff? Nothing in the display cabinet to choose from as far as pastries.
Went to order and wanted a peppermint mocha. Was told they were out of all of the holiday flavors. I don't go to Starbucks very often anymore because of the lines and prices but thought I'd give it ago again this morning. I think I'll just stick to having coffee at home.
Do not order online. Second time 45 min for a breakfast sandwich. Come on
