This is in the airport near the food court. I ordered ahead and it still took a good amount of time. I would suggest ordering before even going through security tbh.I also had to go back up and have my order made correctly.
Redeeming a birthday reward and the partners were everything but helpful. Been a barista for 4 years and was told i couldn’t do something I’ve done and do for customers daily.
TERRIBLE SERVICE ! I placed my order and waited 20 minutes. 10+ customers got their order before I got mine. It was ONE coffee. The barista simply skipped mine. She was snappy and rude to everyone. Once I got my drink (after I asked again) it was disgusting. Completely watered down. So upsetting.
It’s a coffee place at a airport and it’s short staffed so it’s obviously going to take a while to get your order that’s just common sense. Overall my coffee was good and the cashier was super friendly. I give them credit because the line was busy long with Karen’s on level 1000 and rude people that could have just gone somewhere else. Just saying if you had that many complaints holding up a line or have to cuss out the workers making the line longer for everyone else you could easily just not get anything.
I ordered and the guy was very rude and snappy and then I waited forever for my order. When I finally got it, it was wrong and there was no whipped cream. So I asked for whipped cream and he put it on there but out the flat top back on instead of the round top. The round top is literally made for when there’s whipped cream. I didn’t have time to correct the actual drink though and so I left and when I tried the drink it was awful. I do not recommend this location. I still love Starbucks tho just not this location.
What kind of store is this? Worst Starbucks location ever. An employee bringing her son and running around asking for the cake pop on the display?! The employee was on the phone all the time while mixing beverages for the customers. I ordered a Venti and the amount of latte she poured in was just a little more than half. Late for my flight I can’t wait anymore for her to add more while she’s on the phone.
Store #72334 @ JAX airport (right outside of TSA checkpoint). I'm absolutely blown away by the super quick efficiency & positive vibes of the two gorgeous women working the afternoon rush just now (~11:21 a.m.). I have never been to a more well run Starbucks in my life and with such genuine customer service! What a delight for weary travelers! Thank you so much, ladies! ??
The cashier was really nice to me and pretty much everyone else. I did recognize a situation where a gentleman was asking about a particular sandwich that had bacon on it. He inquired as to whether or not there was one without bacon. She tried to appease him by offering to remove the bacon but he was simply hoping that there was one without it.I could tell that she was getting frustrated with him, but it was also clear to me that she doesn't understand the seriousness of pork to some people. I'm not condemning or blasting her, in any way, she visibly didn't understand his concern. In an international airport though, it should be conveyed that people of all walks of life, whether they look or appear to look much like ones self, can be drastically different because of where they are from. Pork, in some religions for example, cannot touch other food or it is no longer edible.Again, she was kind to all, but she simply didn't understand the severity of his concern. That is life. We are all just trying to get through it the best way we know how. I hope that someone will please take the time to help her understand that and not be mean to her about it. She simply doesn't know. Once she has been given the information, I am sure and of which I have no doubt, will be a great asset to Starbucks in the future.
Clearly being in the airport people rarely look up reviews but they two employees were making another customer coffee, when my mother and I walked up she said she was closing and could not help us. Which is fine, she said something about going through security and I said my mom isn’t traveling and she started laughing and replied “well I can’t help you” and continued laughing and running her mouth. Closing down is one thing, be completely rude is another. Apparatchiks establishment condones this behavior because I see a lot of the reviews have the same feedback.
WHAT A TERRIBLE STARBUCKS!!!Only 2 people in front of me and still it took almost 20min for my coffee — largely due to the employees being more wrapped up in their conversation than the customers they were serving!To make matters worse, store was dirty with nothing stocked.Definitely will NOT be back!
