Worst place to get Starbucks coffee, i order the same thing every time a venti iced caramel macchiato with 2 extra shots of espresso and upsidedown. It is not hard to make this drink and the past 2 times ive ordered it they screwed it up, didn't put in the extra shots or make it upsidedown. When i mentioned it they just dumped it into a other cup and nevergave me the extra shots i paid for
So today I ordered a drink online, just to get to the store and find out that the inside is closed. I understand that things happen. However, I shouldn't have been able to order the drink for in store pickup. Also, when I called to cancel the order I was told that wasn't possible. I was going to just leave, but I was blocked in the parking lot and forced to weather the parking lot. This was insane to me! On top of that they didn't have all of the ingredients to make the drink that I ordered.
Disgusting ! Do not eat from there ! There are live bugs crawling all over the food and flying around in the display case ! I told the girl at the register and she simply said “ oh the nats? Yeaaaaa “
Robbie is the man! He gets my drink right and always has a great attitude! His smiling face makes my day better, especially when there is a big ole coffee cup in his hands with my name on it. I just really appreciate coffee and Robbie.

Slowest starbucks ever. Kid behind the counter was moving like a sloth then when I finally got place my order they were out of coffee!!! 20 minutes of my life I won’t get back. All for 2 cups of coffee.
