Locator doing it again I pass by this Starbucks morning & evenings going in & out of entrance to Baptist south I take my grandson to work at Baptist & pick him up. Have never went in their parking lot don't drink coffee. But normally making right turn on st Augustine Rd.& will catch red light on driveway next to starbucks. Hope this helps
Bad costumer service. They don’t pay attention on the order. I order a white chocolate without a caffeine and they still gave me with caffeine. Sorry but never coming to this location me my friends or family again
Love this location! My drink is always perfectly made, staff is always kind and the place is always spotless (which is especially nice if you’re getting some work done there). Thanks to the staff for all you do :)
Always clear and the barista normally have the place running like clockwork. Ritualistically I can order a drink and bakery item 10 minutes before I arrive and it will be waiting.Some days they get backed up with huge orders from the hospital nextdoor. On those days the service starts to drag but the people behind the counter try harder to weave solo orders in with the mass order.
Had a great time here wondering if Chad would pick up his order!! People watching and sipping delicious cream brûlée coffee on a cold day!!
Ashley and Malay (I believe that was her name) had great attitudes even though I came in right before close. Super friendly and helpful as well as giving good service. Apparently Starbucks doesn’t allow you to tip via credit card which is stupid. But these ladies were super helpful!
Cheerful, friendly. Drinks and food ready quickly and exactly as ordered. Service with a smile.
This Starbucks location is very busy in the morning. I go there around 6 am after I work out at Planet Fitness and I must say the staff are awesome. They take and complete all orders quickly and mistake free.
I wish they had a drive thru lol ? my pink drink was so good and my holiday beverage I had, some sort of Latta was not what I expected but it was drinkable
