I come to Jax every other week and while here on the trip this time, I have tried several Starbucks as well as other cafés/restaurants to relax, eat and do some work during the day.This location is the only one I have come back to more than once, and in fact, as of today it’s my third time. This shows you the level of satisfaction I received here.The reasons I have continued to come back is simple, the service, professionalism and overall quality of the people in this location. I can get a coffee and snack anywhere, but you want to feel respected and relaxed if you are to give your money to a place.I am going to have to single out one barista, Cameron. I am a simple latte or black coffee drinker and never went for any of the fancy stuff. But on the first day I was here, I told Cameron I needed something to help give me a boost of energy. She asked me some questions and then she created something that was amazing!!Two days later and I am assuming a hundred+ customers later I came back in and she not only remembered my name but also remembers exactly what that fancy drink was. From my experience, this level of customer service and professionalism is not normally a learned trait but an internal quality that people either have or don’t.I want to thank Cameron as well as the entire team of this location for making me feel relaxed and taken care of me while I was here. So disappointed. Sit in line for 10 minutes, car front of me gets their order in drive-through. I'm told, "I'm sorry we're closed." It's 7:01 they closed at 7. The website says they're open till 8:30. There was literally one more car behind me and myself. I guess when you sell $7 coffee, you can just turn business away. Oh ya. I also have one of those gold cards. Dunkin, here I come.
Had an iced blonde latte. It was very good. Baristas were very nice. There's lots of covered outdoor seating. Inside has comfortable seats.
Pretty much what you would expect. Not bad at all. They got my order right and I don't know what else I could ask for hahaha. Very accurate very precise very accurate
I know this sounds so minor but like...When im paying for extra blueberries and you're constantly forgetting them... the 3rd time im supposed to be slightly offended, right?Is that a thing? Sincerely not.P.s.Last order if you do, obviously.
I get Starbucks everyday and this one is most inconsistent and thet never get my order right. They close the dinning area and cut off order a head what sense does that make just allowing for more errors. Glad I don't go to this location often.

I love these people especially the 5 AM crew!!!!!!!! Always polite and uplifting and cheerful so early in the morning lol like come on who wants to be up at that time! This is my Starbucks home ❤️❤️
We were able to get through the drive through pretty quickly and the coffee tasted nice and fresh!
Respectfully asking management from this location to please consider putting the ice in first before putting plastic cup under espresso machine to make iced beverages. It's not good for hot liquid to hit plastic. If you know what plastic is made with, then you know how easily the chemicals leach into your beverage. It is a known carcinogen... contributes to cancer. Also, please consider having a mobile pickup area. We ordered in the car and went in and had to struggle to get someone's attention to find where they had placed the beverage. Thanks.
