I’ve visited this particular location twice this week since I was in the area due to work. This has got to be THE CLEANEST Starbucks I have been to!!! The staff seemed super friendly as they greeted all as they entered the store. On both of my visits, I witnessed the same young man training someone new which is very impressive (Speaks to consistency). I can’t emphasize enough when I say WOW ? what an AWESOME place to stop in for a break and I am so glad I did.
Normally I don't do reviews but this place deserves a review. Today is 3/8/2022. Time is 10 am. I drive through to order and the ladies there take the time to ask you for your name and see how the customers are. To me that was almost unheard of. I don't speak the Starbucks language with the names of everything but they worked through it. I get to the window and there is a British lady and she was vary professional and friendly. The employees there looked genuinely happy to be there and were having a good time. That was a good start to my morning. A little smile goes a long way. If any of yall see this, great job and have a great rest of your day!
I went twice to order 2 different types of frappucinos and both were disappointing. I've never had that experience with any other location, so I'm not sure why they couldn't make it right. You might as well ask for ice with whip cream on top because that's pretty much what you get.
My review is solely based on an interaction I had today, Jan 2, 2022 with Tyler at the pay window - terribly obnoxious and he behaved in a manner oriented toward pure disdain for public engagement. My past experience in customer service would describe this particular individual as someone who perceives themselves as elevated above service to others seemingly beyond repercussion or mentally checked-out wishing to be elsewhere. Tyler's model of disrespect was undeserving and I can imagine it would set someone's day off track - though I chose to leave a review, believing management may see this and address Tyler accordingly. No one deserves to be treated how he treats people. I love supporting Starbucks but will go elsewhere to avoid bad service and negativity.
Time of service: 1pm on 11 December- I honestly don't even know why I continue to bother coming to this location. It's sad because this is our neighborhood Starbucks and they have atrocious customer service. Don't even bother putting in a mobile order here for convenience because you will still wait at least 30 minutes. I stopped doing that and I come when I'm not in a hurry. There are maybe 1-2 people at this location that's somewhat nice. I could already tell the store was busy because of the drive thru with the line around the store. Decided to go inside only to be met with not so great customer service- what a surprise!! There were two baristas at the front that saw me walk in. There was tall girl with a wrap around her head putting pastries together and walked passed me numerous times without saying a word. A blonde guy came from the back and same thing- not one word. The female barista by the drive thru didn't say a word either. Then the tall girl and the other female barista gave this look to one another like they were clearly annoyed and then giggled. You can tell everyone behind that counter was absolutely miserable! I waited for a good 10 minutes until the tall girl finally said "I'll be right with you", then walked off to get ice. The whole time I was there not one person bothered to greet your customers with a hello or say "someone will be right with you." Then when the tall girl returned to grab ice she stands in front of the register without saying a word and just looks at me. I suppose she's ready for my order. Made my order and waited for another 15 minutes for my drink to be ready. I understand busy and I get hectic. I worked for Starbucks for almost 8 years before but I think in customer service you should still be able to greet someone with a simple hello. Your bad mood shouldn't be felt by the customers walking in. I knew it was a mistake coming here and I should have known better. It's a shame that they have these guys representing Starbucks who typically pride themselves in customer service. Something needs to change!
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever gone too. It’s typical for Starbucks to not fully fill a cup full. However, 7/10 times I’ve stopped at this location they fill the cup 1/2- 2/3’s full “leaving room for add ins” WHAT? Y’all should be pro’s at measuring to full when handing off product to customers… I don’t have an expresso machine in my car to add in anything. Also, 2/10 times I’ve visited all lights are on, drive threw displayed to order & sat there for 10 minutes not having any acknowledgment! Call to ask if their open since hour of opening is 5am and told “no we will be opened at 5:30 because we are running behind!” THEN PUT A NOTICE UP! I don’t blame the company, I blame the lack of care from workers.
I love me some Starbucks but lately this location has been extremely behind on there mobile orders. I got there after my order ready time and it wasn't even made yet.
Service is great but like other places supply chain issues have caused some problems. I love their Medicine Balls but they seems to be missing a key ingredient each time. And I really wished they offered military discounts.
A couple of days ago me and my sister went to this Starbucks and my sister ordered first, in which the barista named Jessiah told her it would be $6.48, so she gave him $7 and he gave back her change and didn’t ask her if she wanted a receipt or anything. Then I ordered and paid with my credit card. As we waited, I got my drink and my sister didn’t receive hers yet. So after about 10 minutes my sister asked a barista why she didn’t get her drink yet and she noticed Jessiah was nowhere to be found. The barista said they would get her drink prepared and we waited 15 minutes and got nothing. We went to get her money back and the cashier asked what drink she got and she said it was $5.98. That is NOT what she gave the guy and the lady even said “I’ll print a receipt so that you don’t think I’m lying to you.” We did call customer service and let them know the situation, they put $10 on my Starbucks card, but no amount of money or deals will EVER bring me back to that location.
My drink is consistently amazing and the Staff at this location are so great! Especially Claire who makes every morning a great one with her amazing personality
