This Starbucks has the RUDEST people ever. Also they are constantly lacking a bunch of their menu items and the employees are so short and snappy. Came in this morning and Beeta was taking the order for the drivethru and she was super super rude and not friendly at all. She clearly hates the job she is doing. They definitely could use some training.
Coffee is good but drive thru time is extremely high. Had to wait 18 minutes in drive thru just for a small coffee and a croissant

Personally, Starbucks is a treat for me, so for the price, I want to make sure I enjoy it. I ordered on the mobile app, which had an accurate waiting time listed. The staff were highly synchronized in the way they moved between orders. They did a great job in announcing who they were preparing for, and at delivery. They cjurged orders left and right and while I waited, there was only one incident of a drink being returned for a change and it was simply an ask of pouring out a bit of the coffee so they had more room for creamer. Great job to the staff on the Friday morning I visited.
i usually get the grande oat milk brown sugar shaken espresso and its usually great but today they put crack in it or somethin cuz its just bussin bussin
Fast friendly service. Even during a rush they keep the line moving quickly. Baristas offer great substitutions if an ingredient is not available. A top notch Starbucks location
This morning Starbucks was slightly under staffed (probably due to it being so early) but the staff made sure that didn’t hinder my experience. The girl working drive thru also had to make the sandwiches, as well as, was so pleasant. She attended to all my needed and more. I wish I caught her name but if you go through the drive thru make sure to recognize her hard work! Thank you Starbucks!
Been here in the morning, rush hour.. everything looked like managed very well, got my order way faster than an average!
Idiotic in-store COVID policies... You can come inside to wait for an online order to be made but you cannot come inside to order & wait for your order to be made.
I usually have a great experience at this one but I ordered a venti matcha and nearly half of it was foam it sat in the car and it wasn’t even full after the foam disappeared.
Excellent customer service every time we go there.
