I ordered a white chocolate mocha yesterday and the guy at I ordered it to gave me a regular mocha. I didn't realize it until I was almost home so I turned around and went back. The guy who had taken my order said that he didn't understand what I asked for and then he asked me if I still had the regular mocha, which I did, he then refunded me the money for the regular mocha and charged me more for the white chocolate mocha. I understand that he was doing his job but for my inconvenience of having to drive all the way back to Starbucks he should have done a better job.
In this Target there is a night supervisor named Angela and she is very rude, we were buying some cups from Starbucks and she wouldn't let us take out the amount that the policy said there were two for each model per family, so my mother who lives in another country I tried to take an item of the same brand from him and he didn't leave it because he saw that we were together in the store he took it from his hand, apart from this the person yelled at my wife when he saw that we were foreigners, I told her that she was rude and laughed in my face, another american customer tried to defend us outraged by the treatment of this racist person and asked him to leave because it was none of his business, even the american tried to buy the same item to donate to us and they didn't sell it either , we asked for a supervisor and she told us that it was her and that we could call whoever we wanted that she did not care because she is the highest authority there, next to her there were two more women with th target shirts say bu E na night, bye, our 13-year-old daughter, seeing how these people ran over her father, tried to talk since she has perfect English and they also yelled at her.
They are always so nice to give me & my son a big cup of icy cold, 3x filtered (even better) water!!
Every time I go to this location there is always a problem. They are out of items, they make my order wrong and when you ask them or tell them it’s wrong, they literally look at you like you have 6 heads and asked if they can put it in a extra cup. Horrible location and a waist of time.
Very fast employees, extremely accommodating.
I don’t drink Starbucks but the area looked super clean.

Haven’t been to Starbucks in months and after today’s visit I remember why I stopped going. The caramel Frappuccino had zero flavor…. It was gross and again a waste of money. If Starbucks would be somewhat consistent it wouldn’t be that bad but my drink tastes different every time.
