So I ordered the Iced White Mocha with Caramel Drizzle and Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam, I get it and it tastes like pure salt instead of sweet cream. I didn’t have time to go back and get it re done due to having an appointment. But I am extremely disappointed. I could not even taste the coffee due to how much salt they put in the foam. Pay attention before you give me the wrong drink.

Great staff but This store being closed inside and Drive thru only is really a safety hazard on Blanding. Only about 5 cars waiting and ppl will literally be parked on Blanding blocking lanes and the entire tiny parking lot is completely blocked off where no on can get through or leave. This is guaranteed to start fights and most likely accidents on the road and the parking lot. I am most likely just going to avoid goin back into that chaos it's not worth Coffee

Very satisfied with visit. Employees we're very customer service friendly. They got my order together fast and efficiently and when I made the mistake of ordering the wrong thing they were happy to fix it in a timely manner. Will definitely be going back.!!

I used to visit this location every morning, but now only occasionally since teleworking. Dee and Alex were fantastic, they greeted me by name and were always friendly. It was a great way to start the day.

Associate patiently waited as I had to recover my password for the app. Pistachio Latte was so good

Most difficult and most challenging location in town. The drive-thru is incredibly difficult to navigate and makes the entire parking lot for all the other shops useless, yet they insist on being drive-thru only. It's 2022 and has nothing to do with covid. Incredibly frustrating.

Great drink as always but this is literally one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. I sat in line and didn't move for over 15 minutes (second in line to order). This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. It happens pretty much every time so I rarely stop at this location.

Visiting family in Jacksonville, we decided to grab a pick-me-up at Starbucks while waiting to be seated at one of the restaurants in the center. There was a sign outside the front door, closing the dining area and patio, drive thru only, effective October. When we tried ordering at the drive thru window, we were greeted with a condescending tone about standing in the drive thru. The 'barista' Anisa met us at the front door, proceeded to tell us for safety reasons we could not place our order in the drive thru (understandable) and again in a very condescending tone told us we should download the app. Ultimately, she took our order and returned with one of the drinks hot when it should have been iced. She was obviously annoyed as she sighed her way back into the store, returned with the correct drink and proceeded again to tell us to download the app. Tip: instead of having to constantly tell people they can't order on foot at the drive thru, include this information on the chalk board outside the front door and show some grace to paying customers visiting from out of town.
