I called and the lady that answered could barely speak English. I asked if they had a product she didn't know what it was... So, I asked for the Dairy dept. She put me on hold for a long time, then she came back and said they didn't have it. I asked her what was the product I had asked for and she didn't know. She was flustered that I had caught her in her lie and put me on hold again and never came back. I called back again and another woman answered. I asked for a mgr. I was put on hold again for a long time and no one ever came to the phone. Too many other grocery store options to waste time shopping here with lying employees and poor customer service.
I ordered delivery from here through a grocery delivery service the other night. When my groceries arrived, much of the produce was spoiled. I was equally disappointed with the shopper and with Sprouts at the time, because the shopper picked bad food, but also because Sprouts should have made sure rotten food was not left on display. I'm talking bananas liquefied in the peel and blueberries mushed up and covered in mold. I was refunded through the service I used and just wrote it off as a mild inconvenience. However, ever since then, as I pulled ingredients and items purchased from that order, I am finding that the majority of items are also out of date, even shelf stable items that you wouldn't think twice about checking at other stores. As someone who has worked in other grocery stores for years, this wouldn't have been okay at all. You are supposed to regularly go through and pull expired food. I don't care about getting my money back at this point for the other items; I'm just going to consider this an expensive lesson learned to never shop at Sprouts again.
I have a gift card that I receive every year, and they would not let me use it at this location. While the checkout ladies were getting the manager to see if I could use it, one of them asked why I was there at 9 p.m. at night getting groceries? I said you are open until 10 p.m. I thought that was rude. Then the manager came up and said you can't use it rudely to me. They take this same gift card at the beach location every year, so I will be going back there where the customer service is better. They would not even wait for me to go pick out something that I could use the card for. They would have done that at Publix my regular grocery store. The customer service there was terrible.
Favorite store in the whole city. Great management, unbeatable prices, best quality produce and chicken. I love this location wholeheartedly and drive here every week — 2 weeks, even though I have all the other stores around me. Sprouts is the best!!! Especially this location! ??? the manager is A+++++++! Asma is the best cashier in the whole world! I desperately need a store in mandarin, though I still probably will drive to Town center, because I’m the biggest fan of it!
Have shopped at Sprouts for many years including when living in Ca. The Jacksonville stores are not up to par. Constant staff changes, wrong pricing, products put in wrong places and lately produce which is known for is not the freshest. Both these stores started out well but growing pains or management issues are there. It no longer has the feel like Trader Joe’s or Costco team effort. And the original mission is missing. Needs to b analyzed from top down. Yes staffing is an issue but it is everywhere.
Clean store, wonderful quality products, prices can be lower than a conventional grocery. Wonderful selection of vitamins and supplements. I find the guys in the meat department to be knowledgeable about their inventory, willing to cut and grind at your request, and will offer cooking advice.Sprouts also offers an extensive array of bulk items for sale.
Wow! This store has LOTS of fresh and affordable produce. And I was pleased with all the choices of dry goods that were in bulk barrels. In my opinion you could not do all of your grocery shopping here so unfortunately this place is an extra stop. Even though I really liked this place I would only return if I am in the area with extra time on my hands.
Let’s start with the good , Kristen the cashier is amazing; very funny and has pleasant personality. I initially chose this location to pick up around 50 chocolate covered strawberries and flowers for Valentine’s Day; but, as I entered the store I noticed a male behind the meat department counter enjoying his dinner openly eating French fries with his mask completely off. Then as I approached the deli area I seen two women preparing the to go food without their mask on communicating with each other while preparing meals…. It turned me away from purchasing anything prepared in store and decided to choose from the frozen section. I’m dissatisfied with this location as I’ve chose this location many times to supply my grocery needs.
This place is very well ran the quality of foods and items are top tier their meat variety and quality might be on the top of grocery stores and their employees are very kind and willing to help , on top of their prices being very affordable compared to other top chain stores. You will not go wrong changing your current grocery store for sprouts
I live down the road from this place and I regret not visiting this establishment years ago. It's all organic, all the time. I highly recommend you purchase their pastrami sandwich, which they make fresh. Never a long wait and the employees are outstanding ?. Happy shopping!
