My family and I sit at the bar to order while we wait for our time to bowl, after sitting at the bar for about 15 minutes we asked Andrinne (1 of the 3 bar tenders) if we could order, he told us due to them being busy we would have to order at the cash register, odd but again no issue. There was already 2 other people waiting in long, so we stood behind them, once it was our turn to order we notice the bar tender go to the end of the bar to greet a couple who literally had just sat down, we were never greeted at the register even when it was our turn to order. I than asked for a manager who than told me that maybe the bar tenders had a misunderstanding and that they were busy. At one point the manager justified why we were never address. I than asked for a refund on the 3 cards we got the kids that total $30 and was told the do not issue refunds, I than asked for corporate number and was told there is none, then it was asked who do we need to talk to about the situation and was told the owners but they don't have the number either. It wasn't until the security guard who saw the whole thing come over to explain EVERYTHING and than we got a corporate number. We will NEVER visit this place again.

Had a fun time with the bowling and our waitress was great but the food was not up to par. The chicken wings we ordered seemed meatless and overcooked, the fries were better but not the best they were really soggy and we ended up having to eat it with a fork.
I would give no stars if possible. Didn’t see my server for 2 whole bowling games.. went to the bar for a drink since I had already started a tab.. she refused to serve because she decided to close early even though it was not outside of business hours. I walked away and told my party they would not be getting more drinks. Fine. Then the management and security came up and said they had to escort us out. Bartender said that i threw drink/water in her face.. but, I never had water and nobody had drinks in my party for a LONG time.. they didn’t even hear us out or watch the security camera. Pro tip.. don’t get drinks from the girl with the blond shaved head.
I really want rate this place better. My kids enjoy coming. We ran into a technical issue with a game which happens. However, when I went to the front desk, Jennifer (the manager) said one moment. She then closed the door to talk to another employee for 15 mins while my family waited. She did resolve the issue fairly, but I think it could have been handled quicker. It was early on a Friday and wasn’t very busy.
Nice family and group environment. Location provides Arcade/fair style games & bowling.A bit pricey, but was good family fun.$90 for a family of 4 for 3 games of bowling, so not a weekly/monthly endeavor.
Overall experience? Good family fun. Will I go back? Probably not. It was $72/game for our family to play on one lane. You don't play per game, you're allotted a certain amount of time & if you don't finish, oh well. The arcade is fun but highly overpriced. It's neat that it has a bar and the food is very good.
This is a terrible place to spend a Saturday night. The staff was incredibly rude and short when questions were asked. Ethan was very rude and when I asked to speak with a manager first he attempted to act like he was. Then Deede the manager I assume took his side and called me a liar. I wish I had a higher up to speak with as they dismissed me as if I was a poor black man. I Do NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE AS THEY ARE UNORGANIZED AND RUDE.
Over priced for one hour of bowling. Was charged double for our group of 4 people. Time was halfway up before anyone came to take our order. Food came out with 5 minutes left on our game. Got Mozzarella sticks for our group to split only to find out we paid $10 for 6 sticks. Didn't even get to finish our game before time was up.Only thing nice about the place was our friendly waitress. Was looking forward to having a nice bowling alley near us, but we will never go back.
