Sorrento is the BEST ITALIAN restaurant weâve found in the Jacksonville area, we travel from FernandinaBeach (40 miles) to eat at Sorrento, weâd HIGHLY recommend this classic Italian restaurant!

WOW!!! We had an AMAZING Authentic Italian meal!!! Everything was so fresh and delicious from the bread, salad, main course, and dessert!!! I canât wait to go back! My new favorite Italian spot in Jax!!! I feel like I found a hidden gem!

I had high hopes for this place based on the newest reviews. However, it was a huge disappointment. The food was awful and it ruined our Father's Day dinner. 4 people from our party returned their food. The waitress was nice. Jonathon the manager avoided our table after I asked to speak with him regarding the food. With all the good Italian restaurants out there, do yourself a favor and avoid this one.
My only true complaint was the calamari. Definitely wasn't crispy enough. Way too rubbery.
From the moment we walked in we knew we would enjoy our dinner. Jonathan greeted us and showed us to our table. He came around many times as we were eating to make certain everything was good. Our waitress was pleasant and the food was delicious. Will definitely be visiting again
I get the Veal Franchese everytime I go there. It was extremely salty this time.
Food and service were exceptional. Jonathan was a great host and Addy was an awesome server.
