Fast friendly service serving up some of the best BBQ in Jacksonville!
The food is good but our order was not correct. When people use delivery services and a $40 Meal costs $60, please make sure all items are in the bag. While Uber eats gave me a refund for the missing items, these items were missed during our meal.
Poor experience mostly from the wait staff. Food is the same as it's always been. We didn't have utensils for quite a while, had to wait even after our food arrived to get forks. The renovation looks great but does not help with managing noise. It's so loud and you can hear everyone.
Staff were friendly and very helpful in selecting a meal. All choices were top rated. No long waits either. The drive up window kept cars moving and the tables inside had no waiting. What more can I say?
I love eating at Sonny's and its usually on point with customer service and food. Our waitress was great. Most of our food was great. My only issue was that I always order the chopped brisket and this particular location served me all fat and 3 bites of meat for my chopped brisket which was highly disappointing. Their sweet tea is always great!
It was a Friday night they were very busy, our waitress was great everyone was real nice I'll go back there again

Delicious food and very single time my husband and I eat here. Newly renovated in 2020/2021, the babyback ribs (super tender) and turkey sandwiches are our favorite dinner items! The ranch is made in house from buttermilk, hands down the best ranch I've ever tasted! The corn nuggets and corn muffins are off the chain! We live a couple blocks from this location and so happy with the service we receive each and every time we go. Always busy, so the food stays rotated out and fresh, very hard working staff with excellent food!?
This location was great. They was able to prepare tables,great food and service at a moments notice for 25+ people after my uncles funeral and still served other guest. Thank you food was great.
About 2:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoon when I arrived started to get busy but service was good ribs were excellent. Food was fast and hot would recommend going to Sonny's had a great experience.
