If I could leave zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I waited for over 30 mins in the DRIVE THRU just for our order to not be taken. No one responded on the headset to even tell us they would be with us in a few minutes or anything. We waited for 20 minutes at the pull up and order where’ you push the red button and no one picked up. Then another 15 minutes in the drive thru and never got our order even taken. Literally the worst service. And they were open. And we weren’t even acknowledged or anything. Lots of people drove off because of no one responding to either ways of placing your order.

We came to Sonic on Beach Blvd. to get out and enjoy the fresh 70 degree air after the rain. But as usual this sonic has the worst service by far, especially after waiting about 40 minutes for 1 shark week slush, a double cheeseburger, and a mini reeces blast. Sounds simple enough right. The "manager" Helena, told us we were in the drive thru, after we were asked three times what stall we were at which was #24. The manager stated she has a protocol that she needs to follow a receipt and not based of what us the hungry, and patient customers were saying. The manager also stated "ME TOO," after we simply stated we're hungry and just wanted the correct order, but continously told us we were in the drive thru, which is why our order was canceled. After 4 attempts to get the right she offered us $1 dollar off, which it wasn't about, we just wanted service. Her efforts to physically come out and solve this issue only made us a last time customer of that location. Helena doesn't deserve to be a manager and those employees need to be trained properly.

Ordered through the app while sitting in the stall. Took 25 minutes to get 3 ice creams. When I went to inquire where our ice creams were and to get a refund I could see them sitting there and the girl said "no your order only came in 19 minutes ago." 19 minutes is still ridiculous for ice cream and it was served partially melted. When I pointed out it was melted she said "no we just made them." Definitely not worth the time...came here to celebrate toddlers accomplishment and poor guy fell asleep waiting.

There usually always seems to be some issue at any sonic, wether it be an attitude from the staff, the wait time when it's not busy or food not coming out great. .. it's usually a hit or miss I guess. The chicken had an odd texture on the chicken sandwich and for the first time the Manager came to the window of the car, took the sandwich and felt it herself then asked if we wanted it remade.. of course we said yes as it was a main meal, she yelled to the door as she's walking in to remake it which doesn't look good on either the business or customer, and it took a while to remake one, everyone else was already done and we almost cancelled when it finally came out, but the new sandwich was missing items off the sandwich that originally comes on it. We just said whatever and left it at that.. generally a 3 star service and fast food place.

The service I received after ordering my food through Uber Eats was absolutely horrible. The service I received from Erica who stated she was the general manager was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. She was very rude and not understanding of the situation at hand. I ordered food and I guess the system at sonic didn’t show my order but it did through Uber and my funds had already been taken out of my account. When the Uber driver arrived to pick it up, she told him that she wasn’t making my order and that I needed to figure it out. I called to explain to Erica the general manager and she said she didn’t see it so she wasn’t going to fix my food which it was for my children. I am at work and don’t have time to figure out what’s wrong with their system which is not my job to do anyways. It’s sonics system that doesn’t show my order so it was her job as the GENERAL MANAGER to ensure complete customer satisfaction since the Uber driver showed her the order. She stated while screaming at me “I need to take it up with Uber, she wasn’t making my food, it’s not her problem, and it wasn’t her problem to fix”. She was rube to the Uber Eats worker and me. A general manager should be able to work to find a solution and not just out right tell me you’re not going to fix the problem and hang up in my face. The worst part is she HUNG UP IN MY FACE AFTER SCREAMING WHAT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO DO. I called back 5x and she did not answer the phone bc she knew it was me. If she was having a bad day she should have called out. I will be writing a letter and also calling corporate about my service I’ve received from this location today. I buy here ALL the the time and usually spend about $40+ every visit bc we are a family of 6. Please do better and treat your paying customers with kindness and respect.

It was terrible. i waited for about 30 minutes for a shake. A SHAKE. i didn’t even get the shake i left because the people behind me got food and left. how can the people behind me get food and i couldn’t get a shake. terrible never again in my life. shame on them

After waiting 15 min at the pull up we were told drive thru only, ok whatever I understand, after waiting 35 min in the drive thru we were told we couldn’t split the payment, ok fine whatever, the issue and reason I’m upset is after all that time I ordered a jumbo popcorn chicken just to get more fried bits than chicken. Why does this restaurant not care that much? How can y’all be ok with sending that out? Have some respect for yourself and your chain, just shameful. If you’re reading this don’t ever waste your time on this place that doesn’t care about you being there. I’ll never return to that dump. Also the chicken was cold and inedible. Shakes were good though.

Train your staff to tell people when they can't fulfill their order instead of letting them sit there for 30 minutes in a stall and refusing to respond to the intercom.

Service was fairly quick but it was lunch hour and the tater tots were cold (no ketchup) and pretzels are overrated. The parking area smelled of strong cigars. Also I could not pay with my card at the machine. I would say it's more of a place to stop for beverages and ice.

Wish i could give a lower review. Slowest service in the city. Food could taste better too. Only good for drinks. And those still take forever. ??
