Last two times I've come here once for a drink waited ten minutes only one car at the window so I just left 2nd time I went through drive thru had six people we wanted to get food and drinks for our drive waited 15 min one car in front we said screw it went to Jimmy John's they were fast and fresh and right next store and we all got coolatas from dunkin doughnuts they got rid of the orange so I got vanilla and it was bomb. Prob better than the sonic slushy anyway. Anyway probley lost at 60 bucks with all of us get it together sonic.
It was happy hour I was told that only certain items were 1/2 off and not milkshakes that was before I was given my receipt then after the receipt they kindly marked all the drinks 1/2 off and gave me a new receipt
Normally when you went and drive through for your order you expect the food to be hot, fresh. This was not the case the french fries were cold and the chicken sandwich chicken look like it was reheated.
Probably the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Both times I’ve come here, I’ve waited 30+ minutes for drink orders. I’ve sat at the stall waiting after pressing the red button atleast 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Really unacceptable, especially when the second visit was a mobile order.
This is the worst experience I have ever had anywhere in my life. First the lady taking the order didn’t know what she was doing and kept trying to rush us. She gave us attitude and then personally delivered our food out to where we were parked. As she delivered the food she asked how we were paying when we already paid and basically called my boyfriend a liar. Then we discovered myMeal was missing and pressed the buzzer for help. They said that everything was in the bag and we stated it wasn’t. The lady who brought our food out could be heard In the background arguing that yes it was in the bag and we were so rude etc. then my bf stated how this was the most terrible service and the other lady was like stop yelling at me. You called us liars, I didn’t even get my food. You wanted us to wait in drive through for god knows how long to prove we didn’t get my damn food. So we left and I went next door to check fil a. Get your act together. This was know where close to customer service. We will never be back.
This Sonic takes its time on their food and they actually give you what you asked for! I had a double Sonic burger with extra onions. I got my extra onions! I'm not exaggerating when I say THAT WAS THE BEST FREAKING SONIC BURGER I've ever had! It was hot and fresh. The customer service was good ( nothing to brag about though) and the food was great! I don't usually eat Sonic but they were the only ones opened at the time so I went there. Now, I'll be returning!
Really dont even deserves a 1 star. This place one of the worst restaurants ive ever gone to.1. No light on menu( its dark out) cant see to order2 .girl was extremely rude. Couldnt understand her, then she got mad when we kept asking her to repeat what she said.3. Placing order, oder a #5 but they outta bacon and tots, ordered a hot dog, they out of chilli. Ordered our drinks they out of ice???4. After siting at window waiting for 15mints on food order. You can hear same girl running her mouth with foul language.5. Get food, go to hotel. Drinks had no Co2..so they was gross. Pulled hot dog out it was smashed. Look like pulled it out of trash can and threw it on bun..ended up throwing it away. Even though reviews are pointless cause u wont fix the problem, this place needs closed down. And yes i work in retail and food.

Worst Sonic I have ever been to. Since moving to Jacksonville back in Jan I have been to this location 4 times. 1st time was great except the 15 min wait to get the order I placed,2nd time the line was so long you couldn't even get in the parking lot ,3rd time the system was done and it would be a 10-15 min wait and today the 4th try the line was long so I pulled into a stall and they only take drive through orders. Come on Sonic you can do better than this or maybe you just need more or different employees
This use to be our favorite sonic, but the last two times we went was a nightmare. The second to last time we went, when we were ready to put our order in we pushed the button and waited for what felt like forever, no one ever answered the intercom, so we thought maybe it was broken and switched to a different spot, pushed the button, and again waited a very long time with no response, so we decided to go through the drive thru, where once again, no one came on the intercom, so we tried parking one more time, pushed the button, and finally got a person, only to tell us there was a 15 minute wait. Needless to say we left. The last time we went, we decided to give it another go, assuming maybe it was just a really off day previously. This time we went straight to the drive thru, with only 2 people in front of us, it took 20 minutes to get thru the line. We will be driving out of our way from now on to go to a different sonic location. It was by far the worst experience we have ever had at this location, and any sonic to be honest.
