I waited 20 minutes and had to keep pressing the button to order because i waited so long it kept resetting. My sprite tasted like fizzy water and they gave me a cup that had multiple holes in it 2/10 would recommend.I love sonic, this location is just not it

So, I am leaving this review today because I am absolutely furious after sitting in my car for 25 minutes, waiting for them to take my order. I asked the car next to me if it took a long time to order, and they said yes, I had pulled in immediately after them. I was at stall number 29. When their food came out, I asked the young gentleman if this machine is not working or what is going on, and he said yeah, it's broken. I said, "Well, you really should put up a broken or out-of-order sign on this, so I did not waste my time," I asked if I could order with him he said no. I asked if I could go up to the front and order, and he said no. I then drove around the front , went inside, and told them what happened, asked if I could order, and she said I could go outside on the patio. I went out to the patio and pushed the button I could hear them talking on the other end and about 2 minutes later someone else came up on the other kiosk next to me pushed the button and they took his order 1st while I waited. Needless to say, after a minute or two, I finally just got fed up and left. Not one person apologized to me. This is an absolutely horrible way to treat your customers. I understand most of the kids are young; however, someone inside should have tried to accommodate me since I had waited so long. I was pleasant I did not raise my voice. I just wanted to order some food. I will definitely never visit this location again.

Bf 2 different orders bf both came out way after other peoples orders that ordered way after us. Now they don’t even have the second order saved. All the young people are standing around talking instead of working, leaving orders on the counter instead of paying attention. Worst fast food experience multiple times management needs to take control of their employees and make sure they are taking care of their customers. Everything was already melted.

Stopped by with a friend for a cream slush which I had not had in years but it was SO hot outside - 98° but felt like 103°! The weatherman got that one right for sure!??The lady who served us was very sweet and my cream slush was cool and delicious! I will be visiting Sonic's Happy Hour menu like I used too for this scorcher of a Summer!!!??

Piss poor attitudes here. I guess it hurts their feelings that they have to do a job that they are being paid to do.

Pushed the button... 10 minutes later they finally answer it. Then she kept saying "what" so I kept repeating the order. She said hold on. Then comes to my car and asks me what I said so I repeated it. And she rolled her eyes "I couldn't hear you that's why I came out here." Ok. Cool. Whatevs. But then she gets back on the intercom and gets nasty "well you done ordering?" Why yes NOW I am. also. 3 cars pulled into the stall next to mine. they pushed the button and didn't get a response so they just left. if I were the manager or the owner, I'd be upset over the loss of business at this point. it takes no time at all to flip your switch and someone knows you'll be with them in a moment. Being polite goes a long way. I'm sorry you're having a bad day but don't put that attitude on me. If anyone should be annoyed, it's me. Who waited 10 minutes for you to answer my button. I mean I've waited that long before but at least that person said "can you hold just a moment" not left me thinking maybe my button is broke. Cause that's a thing at this location too. and maybe next time serve my mozzarella sticks hot and my chicken sandwich was ice cold in the center and with wilted lettuce.

I downloaded the app at the time of my order only because it took over 10mins just to place my order. After downloading the app and making my purchase, the young lady came on the speaker to take my order. I informed her that I had ordered through the app. She then hung up without saying anything. A young lady came out to inform me that there were no more Rt 44 sized cups, which was what I ordered and would I like a large. I said yes and that I should be refunded the difference. She said she would ask the manager. The manager then came out to tell me that a refund would take 5-7 business days or she could give me the “change”. I opted for the “change”. She went in again. She returned and told me “You ONLY paid HALF PRICE”. I just looked at her. I am not sure how her store not having advertised supplies means that I should just incur the experience expense after a lesser item is offered. She returned with $0.31 which she rudely dropped in my hand and handed me my paid items. I’ve had multiple issues with this location which is why I am now deciding to mention it. They are extremely slow to respond and rarely get orders correct. I’ve actually left on a few occasions because they never answered the stall. They are often out of items too but this is the first time I’ve experienced blatant rudeness. I am respectable and an always courteous to service individuals but this incident disturbed me. I wouldn’t have minded waiting the 5-7 business days to receive a refund of the difference. It is unacceptable to assume that a customer should pay for an item they did not receive, no matter the difference of price. I would like to hear some feedback about this incident please.

We waited for about half an hour before we were even able to order. We finally get to order and waited for our food. The first order brought out to us was not our food. The employee handed me most of the food and I was physically holding it in my car when I realized it was the wrong order. I handed it back to her and she immediately took it to the next car who I'm sure had no idea someone else's hands were on it. Then our order finally came and it was old and disgusting. Such a shame, because we love sonic.

This is the place where u bring ur own gear.... but the food makes u happy so u rather not complain. U want a lid for your drink? BRING YOUR OWN! U want a fork to eat your chili cheese tots? BRING YOUR OWN! You want some napkins to clean yourself up after eating with your fingers bc u forgot your emergency fork? You get the idea. And don't expect a sorry.... these are some "fresh out of mommas house" "barley able to balance a budget" "working for min wage" kids. But when I say.... this junk food hits THE SPOT! YUM YUM YUM. don't forget to bring the essentials!

Need to get the food that's on the menu. But my tea was not filled to the top. Bit it was sweet. I love sweet tea. But I've been wanting my mozzarella sticks.
