I will never eat here again. Your food gave me food poisoning for 3 days straight. I’m talking about hours at a time on the toilet! Lost a lot of sleep and work Vomiting and having Diarrhea. It was non stop ! Happened to me twice from this same location. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. It’s a shame because the food is actually tasty but my oh my not worth the near death experience ?
Although I’m pretty sure there was only two highly underpaid workers, and a line wrapped around the building, everything was amazing. Our order was brought out promptly (to the best of their ability). Our milkshakes were spun with care, and the slushie; packed with extra flavor. Thank you, again for everything. 10/10 would recommend.
Have to rate 1 star cause you can't rate 0 stars! We ordered 2 Slushes, 2 Shakes, loaded tater tots, and soft pretzel twist. We ordered around 940 and went to the store arriving around 947. We checked in via mobile app. Sat in the parking lot for around 40 min with no update on order. Finally pressed button only to be ignored for another 5 min. Finally got a car hop that came out to patio and told us they were short handed and closed early. They had seen us waiting the entire time. They wasted our time and our money. I would NOT recommend eating here ever. The staff acted like they could care less about customers. They don't want our business or our money. AVOID THIS STORE!
Good luck getting what you want they never have anything. No onion rings.. You can't pull up to a stall in order you have to go to the drive thru.. You order ahead and what you order is not what you get. We said that we wanted it ready ASAP it was a 20 minute drive and we still had to wait. What you ask for like condiments wise you have to make sure you ask for at the window because you're not gonna get it. You pay for extra flavorings in your drink you don't get that either. You get a regular soda and then when you ask them to put the extra in that you paid for they look at you like you're crazy.
Took 25 minutes to get a medium cherry slush. Why!?? I'm not sure, but the lady working drive thru was scrolling thru her cell phone when I pulled up, so I'm guessing it's just irresponsible employees. I'm getting very tired of poor service at this location.
All sonics are pretty bad but this has to be the worst..I keep hoping for good service on difference occasions and it never happens. This time I sat at the drive up window pushed the button to alert I was ready to order and after 10 to 15 mins no one ever came to get my order. And all I wanted was a bag of ice. I've had to drive away on several.occasions. the line is always slow moving and the staff are all pretty young and unfriendly. I refrained from writing this review but after countless bad visits it's time to say something
My friend I had the BEST milkshakes ever! I've never been to a Sonics before. It was my first time. Great experience. Definitely will go back!
Carhop didn't bring a straw or return work it, or offer any condiments. Food was good though. Just previous to this all the stalls were closed and only drive thru was no open and ungodly slow.
I ordered at 10:56 pm est yeah I know I’m a crappy person for coming last minute an hour before closing but I’m pregnant I craved a grilled cheese and really had zero motivation to cook just being honest. I ordered ahead online. It’s 11:30 pm and there’s been no one else placing an order no one else in the car hop. My order has been “in the kitchen” with ZERO hi or I’ll be out in a minute from the seemingly only worker here. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes of a customer sitting in a car hop with no acknowledgement. This is not the first time this has happened to me when ordering online. Don’t have online ordering if it’s not sustainable for your location. I fully get you are understaffed but this is absurd at this point. There is nothing fast or convenient about a 30 minute wait for a somewhat small order and no communication from your crew.
This place is horrible! I’ve put up with their long drive thru wait times since before the pandemic! But enough is enough! Today I went there and pulled into a stall and pressed the call button. I waited 7 minutes before someone answered. Upon answering someone stated, I’m guessing the manager, that they are were only taking drive thru. At which stated I know you lying as I’ve been waiting and seen other cars pull into the already 7 car drive thru. One woman serving another stall ignored me as I tried to confirm but one other responded and advised that they were no longer taking orders in the stalls. I advised she should put a sign up she stated she can’t since it’s against corporate policy. I said huh! She said please pull into the drive thru. But now the issue is two other cars have pulled into the drive thru while I wait for my food order to be taken. The lady stated it’s just her and a cook… but I just saw y’all deliver food to someone else and take the car next to me order at this point…so none of this is true! I also saw another person at the drive thru window. I’m not one to say people won’t get my money because I know they don’t care… but I won’t be back! I get it’s a pandemic and workers are hard to find but this location has been struggling before the pandemic so what is the reason for the bad service?!
