Right next to Cinemark theatre so good place for dinner before or after movie. Waffle fries were really good and all entrees priced reasonably
I brought my family into the facility for a first time experience at this particular location to celebrate my nephew's dual enrollment graduation. The entrance hostess immediately rejected seating us at 9:18pm as I looked around to notice we were among the limited melanin in the guest area. She said "We closed the dining area early and we're not seating anymore guests". I told her, "Your facility doesn't close until midnight. We'd like to be seated for dinner." She became argumentative so I asked for the manager. The manager tried to offer us the bar when 4 of the 7 people in my party were minors. She then told me it would be a 30-40 minute wait because another group was scheduled to come in and they didn't have enough staff. I told her that what she said to me was unacceptable and that I'd like information to contact the regional office. As she began to write the information I requested, I told her "who I was" and "We'll wait the 30-40 minutes to see how this pans out."Within 4 minutes the manager apologized and we were seated. A waitress was then assigned to us, whom I gave a generous cash tip BEFORE she took our orders. She was pleasantly surprised and gave great service. The manager apologized a second time for the young lady at the entrance. I was cordial and we went on with our dining experience. There was a cleaning towel and spray sitting on the tables across from us during the entire experience. The smell of the moist towel interrupted the aroma of our food but we didn't acknowledge it because after 3 staff members came into our area, I wanted to observe their cleaning practices only to be disappointed. The restrooms needed attention and their sanitation practices could use some training. Nevertheless, it was tolerable because obviously, no one knew any better. The food was mediocre in that two adult meals were too salty and oily (we couldn't finish it). The artichoke dip was over-baked, the pizza was bland and did not resemble the photo inside the menu at all, and one of the children ordered fire cracker shrimp but never received it. The manager took 10% off of our $200+ meal which was kind but not necessary. I tipped the waitress in cash a 2nd time for her hospitality and service. She was humbly surprised and grateful for our generosity. We left disappointed but were willing to try again... My second visit was with my twin daughters and their twin friends. The same encounter happened at the entrance with the same hostess. I was told that the dining area closed at 9pm and the time was 9:01pm. I asked for the manager but this time, she didn't come and after a 5 minute wait the hostess returned and took us to a table in THE BACK of the restaurant by the kitchen. The restaurant was practically empty.I inquired about the waitress who served us 4 days prior but I was told she was dropped from the schedule. Within minutes, she walked by and greeted us as she was serving other guests. The new waitress was rough around the edges but very nice and as always, I gave her a generous tip, she took our drink orders, didn't get it quite right even though she wrote it down, and she shared with us how and her day went before we got there. The new waitress let us know that there has been a DISCUSSION about your prior visit which was unprofessional. Not good hospitality but again, lack of training on display.Again, the food was less than mediocre. I ordered quesadillas, I received tacos and I sent them back untouched. It's not what I ordered. (I'm a chef of 4 decades of credible service; I know the difference). The same manager came and apologized. We were offered a discount for the problem (which again, wasn't necessary), I gave a 2nd generous tip and we were pleasant through both bad experiences and we left.Needless to say, we won't be back. Not worth it at all. Training is mandatory on all levels. Just because "restaurant" is on the sign doesn't mean they qualify to serve the general public without week
I'm a little bias, this is my hang out place. I come here at least once per week. They always have great beer for an after work drink. It is a brewery they have just a couple bottled basics but they have a beer that will satisfy any pallet. I love them because they're not IPA heavy there's typically always a red or a stout or porter or a maibock you know, beer, with flavor, that tastes good.....foods delicious too. The steak salad is awesome. The beer menu pic is the current beer menu it does change often.
Good food. For a decent price, the bartender was polite and professional
I was having one of the best days of my life today and I came to this restaurant and I ordered the chicken habanero with mango sauce and green beans and a brown ale beer that's brewed here and New York cheesecake with strawberries for dessert and Lily was my server and she did such an exceptional job that I gave her a great tip she was much appreciative and it just ended the day very well !
Seven Bridges was recommended by the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn located right across from it. There was a discount for the hotel guests. We sat outside, and had a great relaxing dinner. The food was very good and the service was professional and friendly. Recommend.
Great atmosphere and amazing food. So many great options to try. Cannot wait to try something new next time. Good beer options from their brewery. I really enjoyed the large tables for dining.
Hit and miss. Some drinks are good and others not so good. Same with food, some food (appetizers) was good and others (main meal) sucked. If you really feel like it and nothing else to try, I suppose come here! Meh…
McKenzie was our server and she was phenomenal. Elite energy and championship presence. Her hustle was superb and her personality was electric. Our good to forever to come out and the chef/kitchen lead came out to apologize and then comped our food which wasn’t necessary because the service was great and the food ended up being perfect. Eat here. You won’t regret it.
I had a grilled chicken sandwich with avocado. It was absolutely delicious!
