We didn't get greeted for about 15 minutes of standing at the front. Multiple employees looked at us and kept on doing whatever they were doing. Customer service 101 is to greet people who walk in and at least say they'll be with you as soon as they can or at least just seat them instead of leaving them standing there for 15 minutes. We ordered food and dear lord. The nicest thing I can say was that it looked and tasted like gas station food. Very plain looking and very bland. Everything looked like it came out of pre made things. Did not taste good at all and was expensive for the horrible quality of food.
My husband and I wanted to do Easter brunch, so we decided to give this gem of a place a try. We definitely made the right choice! The service was fantastic. Our server Yury was extremely friendly and polite. Now, let's talk about the food. Before you this earth, you MUST their caramel peacan waffles! ? They are the little squares of heaven. The balance between the cinnamon butter and caramel sauce is pure perfection! You will not need syrup, just a nap from eating all of that deliciousness.... Heading back to brunch this Sunday!?
Stopped here for a quick bite to eat, and met a new friend named Frankie. She is a delightful person with great energy surrounding her. Food was phenomenal, we literally were so full my boyfriend and I had to make ourselves stop eating - it was to good. We are new residents and will be back to the spot without a doubt, also just to see and chat with Frankie. Don’t lose her she is the highlight of your restraunt!

I would like to continue to recommend this very quaint local restaurant. In the past few weeks however there has been a marked shift in service . I’m huge on customer service and will STOP going somewhere I don’t feel welcome. There is a new server that has been extremely rude and condescending more than once and I thought the first time was just maybe a one time thing but when I visited another day, the same server looked towards the door and turned away like I was bothering her by coming in, it was proof that things have changed. I will not be visit anymore sadly, it was one of my favorite places. One more establishment that has gone the way of poor service.

What an outstanding experience. I am a big believer in providing criticism when warranted, but also believe it is important to praise businesses that do a fine job. This is definitely one of the latter. Our family traveled down to Jacksonville for the Jacksonville Classic basketball event. We decided to dine here for breakfast after reading several positive reviews and could not have been happier with our experience. The food and service were outstanding. We felt welcomed the minute we walked in the door. We had the strawberries and cream french toast, eggs benedict with fried green tomato, and the griddle platter. All entrees were fantastic and the service from Yuri (our server) was truly the same. Highly recommended to all who want a most excellent dining experience for breakfast. We liked it so much that we decided to return the next day prior to heading home!
