My party's waitress didn't seem very experienced but she was courteous. Nevertheless, the food here is absolutely amazing and drinks didn't fall short either! They give plenty to get full and my dish made for tasty leftovers. Can't wait to go back to this place. Presentation did not do the taste and flavors justice. I mean the food was reeeaaally good. Good enough to get 5 stars in spite of any and everything else.
My husband and I have visited this location many times before with no issues other than the food is never really consistent. But today we were blown away. We asked to sit on the patio because the weather was nice. We were greeted immediately and our drink and food order was taken. Waitress walked away and came back 5 minutes later stating she was told by her manager that we needed to pay for our food before it was brought out because of previous encounters where customers left without paying. Without hesitation I gave her my card to pay for our food. I then began to observe the tables around us, one table had a family of 10 and the other a table of two. The table of 10 hadn't received their food yet. But the table of two did and low and behold the customer says, " ma'am can we get the check"? Now I want to think at this point this is a test of my patience. And it definitely was but because I was definitely could not believe what just happened. At this point I decided a review would be a better way to let my voice be heard and so this disgusting act wont get swept under the rug by just telling a manager. Discrimination is a real thing and I refuse to go to places and spend my hard earned money at places that operate like this. My husband and I will now be looking for other Mexican Restaurant options in the area. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!
I usually don't like to leave mediocre reviews but that's exactly what my experience here was ... Just okay... Had to ask three servers for salsa even though that's the literally the name of the restaurant! Told my server twice I wanted beef, still got chicken. I could understand if it were super busy but it was 1:30 pm on a Wednesday there were maybe five other tables seated in the entire restaurant. I heard this place was amazing but sadly I was disappointed
Outdoor seating was a plus. I tried the beef empanadas which was good just wished the cabbage and creama had more flavor. The margarita was good but was turned off because they used very old looking fruit as a garnish. Last I tried the shrimp ceviche which was ok...again I wish it had more flavor. The shots were the best thing of the night!
Fast service, tasty food, nice atmosphere. Lots of food for a decent price. Love the decor. I had the Salsas quesadilla. So much food.
Everything is special here from the food to the wall mural to the imported wood curved booths. The chips are fresh, beer is real cold (love that) and friendly on point service. We sampled a few of the items on the menu and everything came out hot and delicious. It's worth mentioning the bathrooms are Super clean. Can recommend, as am going there again this week and it's one of my go to restaurants when I have company from out of town.
Very good for a chain Mexican restaurant. The food was very good and the service was good. I'd happily eat here again. Portions were large and prices competitive.Only negative, the outside seating is right next to a bunch of dumpsters and smells awful.
(2/8/22 - Since the owner has not replied, I will visit the restaurant this week and show the pictures of our horrible meal to get feedback. I will update review with the outcome.) Why was my review deleted? We were very unhappy with the meal we ordered to go last night; steak fajitas and Chile rellano. The food was inedible and if I didn't live so far from the restaurant I would have returned it last night. How are they allowed to remove a negative review?? The pictures show the aluminum pan of "fajitas" which was more like beef stew, and the unappetizing Chile rellano! We spent over $32, money wasted. The owner of manager on replies to 5-star reviews but nothing for those who received subpar food or service!
Customer service was ok not bad just nothing exceptional. Our waitress didn't speak much English so it was hard to communicate with her. At times I felt like she was to busy for us but she was nice. The food is good, you get a lot.
This is my FAVORITE place to go for anything ! the food is always delicious and the service has never been bad. The rice is so delicious and flavorful and i recommend to anyone thinking about coming here!
