We were excited to eat here because we hadn't seen one in a while, now we know why. The ribs were slow smoked to nasty. The fries had been fried in weeks old grease. The steak was cooked medium and beyond gross. The salad bar was heavily picked over but we pulled together a descent salad only to have sour tasting spinach. Our server was amazing until the end, which that could have been my impatience because I was just ready to go. $68 for 2 adults and a 7 year old.
I had an amazing experience at the restaurant not only because of the food, but because of the service. Jessica was my waitress and provided excellent service! Her attitude, promptness, and overall demeanor made my dining experience memorable. I'm definitely asking for her again when I go back!
First time ordering through Postmates. It was so quick and seamless. My Cheeseburger and fries were ready when I arrived and it was delicious!
I hadn't been to Ruby Tuesday in years and I was really looking forward to the salad bar! It didn't disappoint, it was amazing! One of the better salad bars I've visited since COVID shut everything down. I wish that's all I would of ordered but I didn't and all the other food was disappointing. Also the staff seemed to have animosity towards each other and definitely show favoritism towards the regulars and pretty much ignoring me.
I used to enjoy going to this restaurant for a nice and generally inexpensive meal, but, as prices on everything are increasing that also means eating out is costing more. I fully understood that going in, but, my cheese steak sandwich was not close to being worth what they charged for it. Seems even with the rising prices, the portion size has shrunk as have the standards.
Restaurant was fairly empty for a Sunday night. Was trying to hit longhorn Nextdoor but it was an hour wait. The hostess didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. The waitress was nice. The salad bar was really dirty and not attractive at all. Food was alright. Not sure I’d go back.
Ruby Tuesday's changed their salad bar items, I won't touch it now. Also they don't keep it stocked very well. I got the triple play so I could have leftovers. It's like two dinners in one. Our waitress was the best. She was polite, quick and efficient. She deserved the 30% tip each of us eight guys left her. Very nice work.
Salad bar was not full. Mashed potatoes were cold, by the time I got my fries my steak was cold. I thought that been closer to the airport was going to be a better experience
Bad vibes soon as we got in there one of the cooks said he was ready to go. It felt like a desert in there and it was very hot in there, it seemed like they were short staff, and the owner was cutting back on hours. It’s just did not feel friendly. I’m used to it being cold in every restaurant I go to. FYI that keeps germs down. I doesn't seem like the workers are happy. Management needs to get it together. We walked out unfortunately and I was hungry but my sanity is worth way more. All I can say is the energy just didn’t feel pleasant and then the customer behind me said it took her forever to get her food. I mean it’s literally like no more than 20 customers in there. I’m just thinking why??? Very disappointed.
The only good thing I can say about this place was the people were nice. First of all when I walked in there wasn't even a host at the host stand, I had to walk around for a full minute to even find someone who worked there. AFTER I paid for my food they said they couldn't print my receipt which I need for my job. I asked for a manager and it literally took 6 people to print one receipt. I got chicken Alfredo (which didn't have enough sauce and the chicken was extremely dry) Zucchini and broccoli (which were both undercooked). I would not recommend anyone to eat here.
