I recently went to Ruby Tuesdays for the first time ever a few days ago & had the best guest experience I could ever have. I was by myself so I sat at the bar & the beautiful Shayna greeted me immediately with a warm smile. I noticed she had a few bar guests as well as tables around the bar sat so I was already prepared to be patient. I couldnt really decide on a drink so I asked her to make me a fan favorite. She made me the Ruby Relaxer which was really good & refreshing. Even though she was busy she was very attentive & it was much appreciated. I’ll definitely be back & request her every time.
This Ruby’s is close in proximity to where we live. We eat here sometimes for the convenience. Sometimes are food is excellent and sometimes it’s terrible. Food quality is 50/50. Sometimes my fries aren’t cooked all the way, sometimes my food is burnt. One time the bartender didn’t know how to make a Long Island. I will say that their staff is pleasant and are hard workers.
I spent $20 on some sad, small coconut shrimp and cheap amount. The rice pilaf looked and tasted tasteless...like some hospital quality rice. I should've stuck with red lobster. Would've cost about the same or less and be of better quality. The sauce for the shrimp tasted like cheap shrimp cocktail sauce. Gross!

The restaurant was extremely slow and we had a party of 6 to celebrate a birthday. Our server was polite but very inattentive and didn’t follow instructions well. The food was disappointing. The salad bar looked as if it had been there a week without fresh items being laid out. We had a cake with candles and the server brought the cake out without placing the candles on and just sat it on the table. No extra plates or forks and she didn’t even open the cake box. There was no management to be seen. The money I spent on 3 salad bars and an order of nachos ($90) could have bought a much nicer experience at a different restaurant so I won’t be returning and based on the business I doubt they will be open much longer. This was my very first Ruby Tuesday experience and I am very disappointed.
Shay the bartender was amazing. Very friendly and got us in and out very fast. Our food came back just how we ordered it. Perfect.
It's what you'd expect for the price. Decent customer service. Not exceptional but not bad. You did your job with a smile. You weren't doing too much for a tip. A little slow. My food was just under hot. Like they made it but forgot to bring it to me. The place was empty.
Great service from Derek, he was on point! Food came out hot and delicious. My drink and steak was made perfect! We will return ☺️
The food was just alright and didn't have great eye appeal. Plates were sloppily made & some plates looked too empty/bare.1 plate was sent back & it still came out wrong.Seemed like they were having a bad day, a few employees were visibly Flustered/Frustrated?The Ruby drink was delicious; that was a Plus!No future visits this way
I usually order off of door dash & Uber eats so I never got to physically go I'm boy oh boy ? The salad bar is my favorite part I shall say .
