I've ordered from Rice and Wing three times now in the past 2 months thanks to DoorDash. I've never had a problem with any of the dishes I have ordered for myself, and you would think that if someone had as severe an issue as the one stars below they would actually contact the restaurant versus leaving a review....I do wish that the rice and sauces were a bit more seasoned, but everything I've ordered has been hot and fresh with generous portions of protein. You don't have to worry about rationing your bites to include some beef or chicken, it's in there!!It's one of the better fast Chinese food options in Jacksonville and I will continue to order and support them. Overall, it's reasonably priced for the value. The gentleman who works the drive thru I believe is the owner (tall man) and has always been incredibly charming, friendly and HELPFUL!Thank you.
The food I ordered looked nothing like what was on their website, it looked absolutely mouth watering but what was delivered resembled something from a 90s middle school cafeteria. The cashew chicken was just fatty chunks in a brown gravy that wouldn't even stick to the chicken pieces. Way too many large chunks of undercooked vegetables. The bourbon chicken was bathed in another gravy that was overly sweet and gritty. The fried rice tasted of nothing but grease and it was dry...... inedible beware
Food is delicious. Today I had chicken lo mein. Chicken was very tender.
i did drive thru. Fast service and the food was hot, flavorful and definitely decent. I was very super surprised! I will be back for sure!

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! This year's specialty must be salt. Broccoli beef used to be good, now it's loaded with salt. Why all the salt? What's going on with the meat that it's but a salt Titan of the greatest masses? What are you hiding? I was weary of ordering, should have listened to myself and gone elsewhere. I've ordered your Pupu Platter, was given a giant glob of fat signifying the second pork rib I was meant to get that I had paid for, which your menu indicates is meant to come with my meal. For my second "wing" I was given the meatless bone end-tip of the second wing. Robbery. I had ordered lemon pepper wings before, they were too salty as well. I tried a second time because normally their food was delicious but it must have been only the grand re-opening after the name change. I made the mistake of ordering them again, they were even more dreadful than the first time. They were dry, tough, and tasted as if they were sitting there for some time. Why has your quality lost its luster? All orders final? What am I wasting my money here for, if your expensive final order is so disgusting? I've given you guys more chances than you honestly deserve. Your food is far too expensive for it to be of such microbial quality. Either lower your prices to match the 70% or more decline in quality or start actually caring about your business. This is bad practice. Do not recommend.
Not good Chinese food. King Wok is wayyyyyy better. And only about a mile south. In the Publix shopping center on Merrill & Townsend.
