FINALLY, JAX is STEPPING UP IN LUXURY. I've been to the other ones, and they do not disappoint. My new remote working spot. ?Update: The food is delicious and matches its other city locations, the ambiance is stellar, and the drinks are spot on. Yes, Jacksonville, it's pricey as one would expect in the foodie life of indulgence. All in all, a great place to relax on the rooftop with apps with vino and group parties.Today, luxury home furnishings retailer RH (formerly Restoration Hardware) opened a 70,000 square-foot, three-level Gallery.RH Jacksonville will feature an integrated hospitality experience, including a glass-encased Rooftop Restaurant and WineBar that opens onto a beautifully landscaped park. The Gallery will also feature art installations devoted to RH Interiors, RH Modern, and RH Outdoor with an interactive Interior Design Firm.

**Only go here if you just want to grab a glass of wine with friends, don’t stay for a full course. And even then it’s almost not worth it**The atmosphere is beautiful and the employees are polite. However, the prices do not match the quality of food or beverage. If you are going to jack up your prices it better be followed with fine dining and service. Due to the high prices of beverages I would anticipate a $38 order of salmon to be accompanied with something other than a wedge of lemon. It’s laughable. Furthermore, I asked are the sides family style, and the waiter’s reply was no. Which is shocking considering the price of sides start at $10. So I’m paying $38 for a meal that requires me to then also purchase a side at a minimum of ten dollars. Bottom line there was nothing stellar about the salmon that made it worth $38. We won’t be going back, I’ll stick with River & Post in Riverside.

These 2 stars go to the location only. I can’t deny the location is another level and decoration impacts. But customer service is poor. I was expecting something else due to the “luxury” everywhere. We just returned from our anniversary dinner. I made the reservation in person yesterday. I explained it was our anniversary and the girl took notes about it. She also asked if our baby needed a high chair we said yes. Today nobody knew about our anniversary, the high chair for the baby never arrived and the server kept on walking around our table to “hurry us up” I even had to tell him we are fine and I am taking my time. We arrived 7:21 and we left before 9 after we sat outside for maybe 1 hour so you can imagine how the server was trying to hurry us up. Again, customer service is not up to this place, if you are going to charge customers 30$ for a ribeye sandwich at least make sure servers are up to the place . Also be aware of the bugs outside. Bring yourself a good repellent if you’re planning on seating outside otherwise they will eat the life out of you.

Overpriced and pretentious! The restaurant is very pretty. I had the lobster roll sandwich. It was all a la carte, but the plating was just a plain white plate with the lobster roll sitting in the middle of the plate - no presentation at all. That’s okay for a regular restaurant with reasonable prices, but not for this “high end” restaurant. The sandwich was good, but nothing special. I’ve had lobster rolls sandwich at other high end restaurants (e.g. Ritz Carlton), for much less and tasted better.Another person received a piece of salmon the same way. The best option was the burger, which was good. The truffle fries were good too. Also, we could not understand why they kept seating everyone up against one another-there was so much room in the rest of the restaurant. The outside area was nice, but if you wanted a drink-you had to go to the bar and get your own. There is no seating at the bar.The waitress and other staff were very nice.We won’t be going back.

OMG what a fantastic furniture showroom. We thought Bear's was high end well RH is way above that, not so much in different types of home furnishings but in presentation. This three story building starts with it's location. First, what does RH stand for? "Rich Husband" as thing's are pricey. When you see a price tag it shows two prices, one for members and another for non-members. The cost to join is $125/year but that gets you 25% off plus other extras. The location is a bit tricky since it's not in the main shopping area. You will have to search for it behind the Tesla showroom. Parking is not an issue. As we entered we were greeted by Sonia who explained the layout of the building. What is important is there is no pressure by the well informed professional sales people. Prices are higher than anything we have experienced in this area but quality level according to the sales team is outstanding. Let me also add that they have a third floor rooftop restaurant and wine bar...who else has that? In speaking with the sales team members they also advised us that they will soon have Valet parking. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Don’t get the burger, it wasn’t good and the price is crazy. The salad was good but over $30 blows my mind. If the company is paying and wants to waste money, go. Truffle fries as a side were $20!

Our server Shay was excellent. She was very attentive and accommodating. She had to open our bottle of prosecco using a wine key which is patently wrong, bit she pulled it off with grace and aplomb. The fried artichokes we're crispy but a little plain. The caesar salad was really delicious and as close to traditional as you can probably get around here. It's pretty loud in there.. We all said "What?" alot. And it's definitely pricey. There is no bargain on the wine list at all, and I can always find one if it's there. So if someone wants to take you to lunch, their treat, then this is the place.

nice place excellent atmosphere. Unfortunately they don’t have a full bar just wine and beer. The food was delicious the alacart prices hard to swallow. We had the burrata appetizer along with a prime rib sandwich $20 truffle fries and a lobster roll all very delicious . I would definitely recommend going to check it out. I don’t think I would go back given the prices and lack of drink options.

My daughter could not stop raving about the ceiling, chandeliers, fountain, and view.Overall, food was delicious. Both appetizers were fresh, good flavor, and decent portion sizes. My 5 year old had the burger with fries and enjoyed it. I thought the burger was unimpressive but the fries were good. I had the chicken with potato purée and broccolini. The chicken was moist and flavorful. I ended up taking half home because the portion was large. The broccolini is a must try! Definitely has a kick to it. Both desserts were tasty. Our server, Gina, was flawless!I highly recommend checking out.Reservations are super easy to get.

Beautiful place and such a great vibe! Definitely my new favorite spot in Jax
