We'll start with the staff because they were outstanding. Engaged, knowledgeable, and attentive. However, the burger didn't quite reach my expectations of a "gourmet" burger. It wasn't bad but it wouldn't get me to come back. The onion rings, on the other hand, were pretty good. Two positives and a meh, means the burger will get another shot.

While the food was good, however1. Several dirty tables around us the entire hour we were there2. The waitress was FILTHY. Her hands were dirty. Her apron looked like it hadn't been washed in month. The black t shirts worn by the other staff members were dirty.3. When I ordered n asked a simple question the waitress rolled her eyes in discuss!4. The "famous bottomless" fries were cold over cooked n we were never offer more fries, but then why would we, they were awful. We will not be back to this Red Robin again.Disappointing visit!!

We're aparty of 7 on. A. Sunday afternoon. We were seated fast. And the waiter was right there to take our drink order.drinks, milkshake , onion rings came out fast and everything was right did I say we were a party of 7.Then we ordered our meals. Maybe 10 minutes later all of our food was on our table and drinks refilled and the best burgers ever everything was hot and our Waiter was excellent.

My birthday burger was great. Husband loved brisket burger and the pickle nickels. Server was really nice but had to wait on refills for a bit and a few other things. Overall pretty good dining experience.

Good food and excellent customer service! ??

Love this place. The Royal burger is my fav. Great drinks and fries are seasoning bliss. Reasonably priced too....

This place is amazing. Our first time eating at this chain restaurant and definitely not the last one. The burgers were really good and fries amazing!! Place was clean and the service was nice.

Been here about 10 times. Quality decreases every time. Like monsters we order well done burgers, and somehow every time it comes out more and more rare. They don't seem to have enough servers to deal with the customers, so the servers get a little sloppy. The only well-staffed position there seems to be the greeter.

Really good burgers. Too many to name. There is one for every taste. Free refills on steak fries, season salt at tables, good tea flavors . You have to try their burgers. They have several chicken sandwiches also. 5stars

This is another first-time perception review. If the Pizza competition war is about price, then the hamburger war or conflict is about the race for quality.Red Robin is quality, however, the quality doesn't match the description which is why I rate it four stars.Gourmet by my own definition evokes images of white linens, fine china, crystal glasses and perhaps the din of a symphony or a piano playing in the background. These are good burgers but it isn't gourmet, not by a long shot. That being said, service is good as is integration of technology such as the table payment kiosk. I'd say the prices are about average, or four stars. There is a good amount of competition in this particular area. ?
