Love the crabs and things but lately they've been a lil small

They was very nice, but they are not consistent with the price of Crab trays.
Garlic crabs/shrimp are always fresh and good.
Blue Crabs were nice [much love hlr]
This place is always on point the seafood is clean and fresh the staff is friendly they remember you and the store is always clean and does not smell like a seafood store which I think is amazing

This is usually a place that I chose to get my seafood from when I’m in the Arlington area but today I have to say that it may be my last. I paid $42 for what was supposed to be a “LARGE” dozen of crabs but it turns out that they are actually small. I have to partly blame myself because I sent my teenage daughters in to order for me because I was on a work call at the time and didn’t think to look inside the bag at the crabs before leaving because for $42 a dozen you’d thing that you would be getting what you paid for. However in this situation it definitely wasn’t the case and when I called the guy told me that I should’ve looked in the bag before I left. If I was not back on the Westside where I reside I would’ve definitely been back at their counter with the whole dozen. I really hate leaving bad reviews for any business but this just really rubbed me the wrong way.
Weird way to serve food unless it’s a florida thing. Cold food sitting in a bunch of takeout containers that are microwaved if you ask for it warm. Corn was mushy, nasty and not seasoned. They just sit there in room temperature. Potatoes everything else in the crab platter was nice, it was actually spicy. Food was okay but not worth $40 imo.
Cashier was nice i didn't have too wait long for my food i was end and out
