Outstanding service, food, and atmosphere. My wife and I are from KY and went for our anniversary. Just an amazing staff with food being just heavenly. The tiramisu was the most light and airy dessert I've ever had. Not kidding when I say the wife had an emotional reaction to her first bite.You folks made some tourists feel like locals and we can't thank you enough for a wonderful evening. We will be coming back anytime we come to Jacksonville.
Meal was a bit bland and overcooked. Wine was overpriced for the bottle provided. They did not give an option to choose a glass over a bottle. Just kept pouring. Second server was courteous. Such a shame as we left feeling there were integrity issues and an overpriced meal that was underwhelming.
Was a random walking was at a card shop near by and I just love this. I usually avoid Italian food because I so many are chains and not authentic this is hands down authentic and amazing my one and only go to Italian restaurant
Horrible experience. We arrived for our reservation at 8:40, were not acknowledged at all until 9pm by the manager, he took our order and apologized for not being acknowledged. By 10pm, we had not received another look or any attention. However, people that arrived after we did got their food. After an hour and 20 minutes we left. Would not recommend this place to anyone that values their time. Will never come back
We checked the hours before making the hour drive to Jacksonville. We arrived for lunch at 12,15 pm and the place was closed. The posted hours on the door were the same as we had read which were 11:30-2 pm, but despite the posted hours they were closed. Other people came by and were disappointed to find that it was closed as well. Called the restaurant number and the machine said they were busy with customers or something along those lines. It did not state business hours or an explanation to why they were closed on a Friday afternoon. My advice would be to call ahead to confirm that they are open and their hours.
Incredible food. Great atmosphere. The owner was very kind and came to our table to make sure we were enjoying our food and time. The service was great, very attentive… best of all, absolutely delicious food!! I will be coming back!!

Went there with friends. My chicken picatta was tough and overcooked. Still each couple left a 22% tip. Upon presenting the bill, the waiter and part owner, I believe, gave my friend a previous bill that was almost 3 years old and said that he was owed a tip from that service. Who keeps a bill from 3 years ago and demands a tip from regular clients?
Everything about this restaurant was amazing! From beginning to end our experience was wonderful. Our server was spot on, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming, romantic, and cozy. This is a great place for a date night. I would recommend a reservation, unless you go early on a weeknight. We will be back!
