Have tried to maintain patronage here, as it is the only one in Mandarin. At drive-through was told to wait to order at window. There were 5 cars ahead of us. We chose to then park and go inside. There were 4 customers ahead of us. Waited 40 minutes to order. The roof was leaking in multiple places. The owner needs to come here regularly and fix the issues with the building for sure. Having enough and competent workers is a struggle, but this is ridiculous! The manager was trying his best, but can't do it on his own!!!

Awful in every way. The drive thru speaker has been broken for months. It is not efficient to take orders at the pay window. I haven’t gone here since the chicken sandwich craze and hoped the experience would be better when I recently went back to try the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. The wait in the drive thru line is much too long due to the aforementioned broken speaker. Once at the window I could only see 2 employees in the entire store—one taking my order, one with a mop walking into the dining area. The window employee was taking payments, filling drinks, fulfilling orders with food taken from under the heat lights. Who know how long ago that food was cooked and out there. The fries I got were room temperature. I asked for a medium fry and got a small. The sandwich didn’t even have ranch on it. I wasn’t given a receipt either. 100% not worth the time in line nor the money spent. I just don’t understand how a fast food restaurant can still be in business with these kind of issues. I’m sure door dashers avoid this restaurant at all costs. I’ve finally learned my lesson, I’m never going to eat here again.

Food is always yummy. My only complaint is I feel dirty for the workers. No AC for months and I did call corporate to complain on that. The workers were great for haven to work in that heat.

The staff was so wonderful today! The man working the drive thru window was such a delight & made sure my experience was perfect!

They got my order wrong and gave me burnt biscuits. They are as hard as a rock. I ordered inside the restaurant and they all move sooo slow. I was the only customer with a couple of cars in the drive thru and it still took a long time.

If there was an option to rate this location a ZERO I would. I’m surprised someone from the Corporate office has not come to this location and taken the time to retrain their employees or at least hire a completely different staff. The customer service is subpar to say the least. Unfortunately the hourly rate must be extremely low, it reflects on their attitude and the type of service they provide. I just purchased an order of undercooked chicken strips. A restaurant has a responsibility to serve properly prepared foods. Unless we boycott this location and stop giving our hard earned money to them, action will never be taken regarding the lack of urgency this location has. I’m embarrassed to say this is not the first time I’ve been served undercooked chicken from this location. The health department must be informed because this cannot continue to happen. In the bright side the biscuit was delicious, it never disappoints.

I have been going to Popeyes for years all over and it has gradually gone from a “must have”to a “how will it taste today”.Today I went a different route and had the tenders instead of the chicken pieces hopefully that they would delight my palate.The Manager sees me quite often since I continue to give chances and have come to the understanding that this is a hit or miss location. She was friendly and gave me extra tenders, which were really good on this visit. I know that I will continue to patronize this establishment because I have come to the understanding you never know if the food will be piping hot and fresh or has been sitting.

Sorry folks no chic pics but for a rainy evening and a tight schedule Popeyes Chicken on San Jose Boulevard stepped up. The drive-thru was slammed. And I was on the schedule. I Parked next door and made the quick hop across the grass to enter the dining room where not a soul was to be seen. I walked to the counter placed and my order. In the model of efficiency the same young man that took my order turned around and made my order and I was out the door in under 4 minutes. Hats off, great job!

Been in the drive through for over 30 minutes - still in the line with no end in sight.Worst service, but will stay in the line for the sandwich.Here’s a business opportunity - combine Chick-fil-a service with Popeye’s food!

Was very disappointed that out of 5 pieces of chicken, not one breath was provided. I thought you got mixed chicken, unless you specify otherwise. My 2 piece meal was all dark meat and the 3 piece meal had a wing, leg and thigh. There should have been a larger piece of white chicken in the mix for the price of $22+
