Very slow, no chicken, Lady at window was pleasant though.. Not sure if it's worth a second visit may have jus been bad day...
Spent $42 on an 8 piece chicken tender and a 3 piece combo.Waited 10 minutes of the tenders that part i understand.Did not recive any of the 3 piece combo except a double order of fries and biscurs.42 dollars for fries and biscuts??????Hire people with a brain.
Corporate come get y’all store. No one seems happy to work here. You go inside and every one just stares at you instead of greeting you. No one has good customer service!! The food used to be on point.
The visit was okay. Too many people standing around behind the counter. The person handling the drive thru was very loud and I couldn't hear the person taking my order. I had to clean off the table myself before I could eat. Sime orders were wrong and people kept coming in complaining. This use to be the best store on the Westside, but the quality has gone down.
Where to start? Super slow lines every single time I've come here, employees goofing off in the parking lot while the line hangs out to the street, underfilled side containers (half full or less), missing items, general incompetence at the window. Don't bother with this location ever again.
Awful! My order wasn't correct and after I pointed this out they corrected it but the chicken was Luke warm and the thigh wasn't completely cooked which made me sick. Worse experience ever!!!
Before I gave him a five star now I'm giving them a two-star I went there last night. The young lady from Orange Park store. She was working at Popeyes last night filling in for another employee. I went through the drive-thru I came up to the window. I seen her eating a fries where they put the fries at.
If you work with Uber Eats or any delivery services and you receive an order delivery from someone who has ordered right before 10:00 do not go to this place. We went through the drive-thru and told them that we were with ubereats they continued to tell us that were closed and they got very rude with us. We went up to the window to show them our phone with our Uber Eats delivery info of our customer they refused to listen to us and we're acting very unprofessional a kept yelling at us and kept getting nasty with us saying that they were closed. They refused to give us our customers order to deliver to him and the customer kept going through Uber to get food his delivered. Customer had already paid for his food online. Customer was upset with us. We told the customer the situation. I hope our customer got a refund. I honestly wouldn't recommend this location not even if you're a delivery driver.
If it wasn’t for our food being delicious, this would’ve been a 1 star review. Some of their employees are very rude. My husband and I will not return to this location.
I just want to say thank you to the managers Joshua and Tilly. I did an uber eats last night and there was some slight confusion with my order. I spoke to Tilly last night and she assured that she will replace my order the next day with no hesitation. When I arrived today, I was trying to explain to the workers of what took place, while doing that Joshua immediately took action and with no hesitation he replaced my entire order and was very kind. Great customer service managers! Thank you for making life easy, it's the simple things that count.
