20 minute wait on chicken… No tenders, dirty rice, Mac n cheese or red beans and rice… Ordered 6 dry biscuits and left…
I always get the 8 piece chicken nuggets meal with their amazing Mac & cheese. My son always gets the spicy chicken sandwich with either fries or the fiesta rice. All delicious ?
They have good food but employees are horrible they are rude and mean. Everytime we come here they are the same so it's not just one employee it all of them. Whoever the owner is of this restaurant needs to do an intervention. Hire other people that actually want to work and see what a difference the reviews would look like. Because of the current employees I only gave one star.
Chicken ? taste like the grease haven't been changed was not the Popeyes flavor I'm used to taste more like churches chicken along with biscuits was very buttery and salty ???
Was told they only had spicy chicken and they were not going to be cooking any regular chicken and it was only 7pm. This Popeyes is the worst one that I have ever visited anywhere in the U.S. not just Jacksonville, FL.COMPLAINTS: Closing early, No chicken and not willing to cook any more, bad attitudes with customer, poor poor customer service. I will start going a little farther to another Popeyes. Just need to close Dunn Ave store completely down forever or make some major changes in employees all the way from crew member up to management.
I'd give zero stars if I could. I have never encountered such rude customer service in my life. Asked for the name of the drive thru worker and was told she was the manager. Great. Refused to give name and was rude again. Slammed the drive thru window in our faces. We just pulled out and left. First time ever trying Popeyes and will never try again.
This place is great. The best place to waste your time in. Workers are outside like it's recess and the best part is that Ive came 3 different times and they are out of chicken.
The restaurant is supposed to be open until 11pm and they closed before 10:30…..I drove 25 miles to get a chicken sandwich and they closed 30 minutes early. By the unprofessional look of the staff I should probably be thankful I’m not eating food they prepared!
Associates arguing and snapping on someone for not working. Waiting on chicken while old chicken is just sitting on the racks. I stood in here for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Thank you to the manager for taking care of me!
This is the 2nd time I went to this location and the lobby is closed early. Tried ordering at the drive thru and was told all they had was wings and legs. Smh. They need to do better. The manager is sitting down in the lobby.Someone was mopping the lobby at 6pm. I will not return to this location the service stinks
