Great store! They've done a 180 on service and food quality.They struggled with service and wait times over the last few years. Recently gone back to being a repeat customer and the difference is definitely April in management. She's front and center directing staff and ensuring quality with a smile! Staff is content and pleasant. Food is hot and ready.
Ok. I'm a big Popeyes fan. The customer service doesn't bother me. I'll wait in line for that Mac and Cheese. I'm team Popeyes and really don't like Chick-fil-A. Here's my problem. I go to buy chicken and it's Flies everywhere inside the kicken area. The flies are flying and landing on the chicken and biscuits. It's to the point where I cancel my order and leave. On a normal day I would go to the drive through but went inside instead. The worst part is I told the employees and they just said the flies come in from outside. That's no excuse for having 30-40 flies flying around. It was completely nasty to see that. Sad to say I won't be going back to that Popeyes.
Handed me a drink carrier with lids not secured and spilled all over my vehicle. Entire staff is rude. They have no manners, and customer service is obsolete apparently. Too many places to buy fried chicken to go where people are constantly rude and act like they don't need your business. I will never return.
Spicy chicken is my fav. Most of the time fresh. Good biscuits wen fresh and wait time not too bad. Still good chicken tho. Go in the mornings or early afternoons. Freshest then. Pip'n hot and faaaluffy biscuits.
I gave them 2 stars, because we asked for mild & more thighs dark meat. We were given spicy and majority white meat brest. My husband was very disappointed especially fir the amount we paid (over $25).
Just wasted 30 mins of my time fighting the app to get to order walking up to the restaurant then waiting in the drive thru. Got to the window and was told there was none of the items I ordered and I asked to speak to the manager I listened to her saying that they are short staffed she came across as non-caring only telling me that the app handles refunds.I know this is a lie because I've had something similar like this happen before and I got my funds back through a less rude more knowledgeable and respectful manager at a another location. I left with nothing so I will not be removing this review until I get my refund. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THE APP!!!!!!!!!!!!
These people said they only had dark meat and the only side they had was red beans and rice! What do you mean ma’am?? No mashed potatoes, no fries, no coleslaw…. No nothing like who is in charge of keeping you guys stocked up but I’m almost 90% sure she was lying. I will be driving far past this one for now on!
Geesh! I have a toxic relationship with Popeyes. The food is amazing (when fresh), but the service is almost (ALWAYS) Terrible ? And no matter what, I have learned to always check my bag because something 60% of the time will be forgotten ?
Food was good as usual. However, I ordered via the app, for counter pick up. Efficient right? No waiting in line right? Well I got there at around noon, the height of the lunch hour. As I wait at the counter, the staff all looked at me as if I wasn't supposed to be there. After several minutes, someone in the kitchen said dining room was closed. I replied saying I just need to pick up an app order. The staff said I needed to go outside to the drive through line. Note there was no signage on doors stating dining room was closed. Others walking up were locked out as the staff closed doors behind me. I went through the long drive through and indicated my pick up order. What good is the app if you can't do pick up and have to wait behind regular orders in the drive through queue?For years I've had great service at Normandy and Verna location, buy no more. Management must've changed. hopefully other branches aren't like this one. ?
This location makes the best chicken sandwiches the crisp and taste is so good! The only downside is they're commonly out of things. I went there as a treat for passing my Licensing test and they were out of chicken sandwiches and they didn't close for another hour. But that is common for here they're always out of 1 thing or another mac and cheese, biscuits, chicken sandwiche, etc etc. And more than once I've gotten old chicken nuggets that were hard and un- eat able. When they're fresh they're delish. Just wish they weren't always out of things.
