06/24: I ordered a 4pc Combo of 4 wings and then I was still hungry and ordered 4 more wings. Everything good.06/25: I have the most ridiculous situation and nonsense ever.-I order 8 wings: “We don’t have that option”-Ok, let me have 2 combos of 4pc wings: “We can’t do two combos of wings”-Can I make the line again and order as a new customer the other 4pc of wings? “no”-You have wings available: “yes”?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️So apparently wing’s orders policies changes in 24hrs and apparently the same customer can not order more than one combo of his meal preference . If you will like to do that, somebody else will have to order for you.I have NEVER in my life had a situation like this ever, never. Doesn’t even makes sense.POPEYES YOUR WING’S ORDER-POLICY IS WAYRIDICULOUS.

I am pretty sure that Popeyes requires poor customer service to get hired. The food is great, the workers are horrific. Example? I walk in and stand in line for 5 mins. The first worker says, "We are not taking orders for 15 mins so we can get caught up." 30 seconds later another employee, "Our machine is broken we [sic] aint taking orders for 25 mins." A third employee encouraged me to go home. The joke is on them as I ordered through the app, but poor service.
Lots of customers, lots of money plenty of workers...Just No Food coming over the counter.Won't come here again.Food is good. To bad about service. 25 min wait..lunch rush.Mismanaged??
The worst Popeyes restaurant, it’s normally open until 8 pm so I made an order thru there app at 7 pm, the order was confirm and payed for .I drove 15 mins to get there at 7:25 to pick up my order but they were closed with no explanation so I asked the clerk at the TA and she didn’t know that they closed that early but still charged my credit card.Never again.
I'm a night driver and I have to depend on truck stops for my food because you just don't pull a big semi in just anywhere. So truck stops win. I stopped here at 8:15 pm and the subway was closed, no hot dogs on the roller grill, and the Popeyes was closing. The Popeyes manager just curtly told us they were closed as she threw away what she hadn't sold. No care for two hungry drivers. Where are we supposed to eat at night? Thank GOD for prepared sandwiches in the cooler and a bag of chips. Real healthy choices. If you're a night driver, steer clear of this location.
Placa have bad service, they don't have the desserts available, they don't follow instructions, they give your food wrong, and then they give a stupid survey where you can have 2 pieces of chicken and a bisquet free, IF you buy a stupid drink for $4.00.....first a lot of people don't drink what they offer, second $4 for a drink? WTH....and last their prices are insane, more than 4 dollars for fries, more than 6 for a chicken sandwich only....but I think the attitude was the worse thing. I sit here for 2 days cause I'm a truck driver, and this is one of the worse places ever visit, unfortunately that's was the only thing available to eat there....fries where cold and aweful and I only ate half of sandwich cause was really hard.
Was yelled at when I first got there and standing in the line to move the line in a different direction twice which I thought was extremely unprofessional. Once I got my food and sat in the dining room area another Popeyes employee came out of the back and told all the customer sitting down eating that they had to exit out the back door and that they couldn’t exit the way we came in. Then the employee took chairs and started blocking us in the dining area preventing us from getting a refill from the drink machine. This place is a joke and the employees are an embarrassment. The food was over cooked as well. The owner or manager go take a look at what is going on at this place it’s a disgrace. I will never spend another dime at this Popeyes.
Asked no pickles. Sandwich had pickles. Lemonade was so sweet I have to discard it. Waste my money. Employees more interested in talking to the male customers than working. Bad.
Can’t say nothing bad about the chicken other than every single time I come back to a Popeyes, the chicken pieces are getting smaller and smaller.
