No star just hit 1 because I had to in order to post. We have eaten there before a couple of years ago with excellent service and very helpful as We have to eat Gluten Free and there were many options and staff was extremely accommodating. However attitude of current staff very rude and blunt. When asked for gluten free menu was told it's on the Internet. We don't have Gluten Free.... I didn't continue to BOTHER the woman at register. Clearly annoyed by costumer's so we took our business elsewhere. Costumer retraining greatly needed.

I work nearby this restaurant and this was my place to go get lunch everyday. 6 years plus loyal customer. Unfortunately, management decided to make each of their popular entrees, wraps and sandwiches individual items so that you have to buy side and drink separately. Which of course makes Pollo Tropical as pricey as a higher end restaurant. Cannot get anything under $10. Definitely they have just lose another loyal frequent customer forever or until they can make their menu affordable.PS: Came today 06/24/22 to get a Tropichop bowl that had a long hair entangled with the tomatoes ????

Just ordered delivery from their website but received incomplete order! Ordered chicken and pork duo with tomato side, but they forgot to put the pork and tomatoes! My gf was also missing her sauces too! They messed up even though the delivery receipt was correct.Called them but only got voicemail. Bad service, don’t order delivery from them! Disappointed!

Maybe someone from corporate could explain why at 9pm, when the restaurant closes at 10pm, I'm told at the drive-thru window, I can't order: Tropichops, Bowls, Sandwiches, or any fried items on the menu...why is the store open for business then??? 80% of your menu is not available. I guess wasting your time and mine is a commodity you can afford to waste.

If I could give 0 stars I most certainly would! Placed an order via the app. It said my food would be ready at 10. Arrived at 950 and parked for curbside pickup and sent the notification that I was there. Waited until 1005 and drove around to the drive thru window. The cashier confirms my name on the order then says they are out of food. Why did my app tell me my order was ready when it wasn’t ? Not only that I need to be refunded! They told me I could either get the food tomorrow or call customer service for a refund. I will never return to this restaurant! By far the worst in the state of Florida!

Overall great location! With clean facilities, a friendly staff, and terrific food at a great value, this location is definitely one of the better representations of the chain.Be patient and trust the map as you approach, because it "looks" like you turn in to the place next door.

We bought lunch for our whole office, spent over $100 on food. We ordered bowls with some sauces for each of us. Personally, I asked for 3 of the garlic cilantro sauce. When we open our bags they only gave us about four sauces total, not even enough for one per person and THEN the sauces were NOT EVEN HALF FULL !!!!I know that some items are low because of "the virus" but GIVE ME A BREAK. How about offering a different sauce or some sort of explanation. It is BAD SERVICE to not even tell us until we are ten miles away and cannot even compromise.I am just so disappointed. I was so looking forward to enjoying this but now i just have a bowl of rice and chicken.

Rice a little salty, but everything tasted good. Very friendly and engaging staff. And yes it was takeout lol.

3.5starsLarge portions and good price but just above average taste. Got the whole chicken with rice and beans. Fun selection of sauces and they are generous with then. Nice selection of desserts.
