Went here last week around May 23 ,2022 and the meat was old and the steak was extremely tuff and hard . Wasn’t fresh at all .The rice was hard and you could tell they were serving leftovers from the previous days . This place used to be fresh food now I guess they just don’t care anymore. This place needs new professional cooks and more than likely change of management. I wasted money coming here
Bad Management, did not open it 12 noon??? They were out of a lot of items including chimichurri sauce, & the shredded chicken. A little unorganized, they forgot to make my empanadas, so I had to wait another five to ten minutes on those after I'd waited about 15. I asked 2x for salsa... no salsa given. Food was good, I had the traffic bowl with rice black beans and Grilled Chicken in and avocado garlic sauce, Spent $12 all in.
We used to go, because we like the food there! But you never open again! The pandemic is over but the place is closed to dining in, when are you planning to open again? We don't like take out!
Awesome place great food will be happier when indoor opens. They really look out for veterans. I love this place. They make sure you are happy when you leave there. Just be happy when they open the dining area
Was given a different person's order when absolutely no other customers were at the restaurant. The quality of this place has just continued to go down hill. The food was barely warm and looked like it was on a warmer for hours. I've had better chicken from the grocery store deli. I drove 30 minutes out of my way for this disappointment. Wont be back anytime soon.
On 3/15/22 we ordered and paid $56.16 via their website for our family of 6. When my husband went to pick up the food they ran out...yes, ran out of food. So now we were out food and money. The manager Cathy told us to call customer service to get our money back since it went through the website and provided the receipt for order info to do so. I have contacted their customer service now 4 times and spoke with representatives asking for a call back. I have attempted to call the actual store on multiple occasions to no avail. I have now had to reach out to my bank to dispute the charge. Where did the restaurant industry go? No food, and more than lacking in customer service, and now basically stealing money. I would not recommend this location whatsoever and would certainly not order/pay online. I just find it so hard to believe that no one could reach out to us when they ran out of food or for any courtesy call back after 4 attempts at reconciliation.
ordered a large drop of chop Pollo bites and a large sweet tea. got a small drop of chop a chopped up chicken breast and my sweet tea and they charge me $20.05 and would not give me a receipt I know they overcharged me and wouldn't let me defend it
I’m pretty good about checking reviews before I go to a restaurant, I regret failing to do so this time. I placed an online order, I was on my lunch break so I had my mother run to pick my meal up and I was told the customer service upon pick up was horrible. Last minute I also requested my mom get my daughter a meal, 2 pc chicken, rice and tomatoes - the chicken looked like it was bitten off of and she refused to eat anything else.Pollo forgot to bag half my order and the chicken tasted like it was sitting in burnt ash before being served to me. I called my local restaurant to resolve the issues, they didn’t pick up and I was unable to return to the store. Called the 1800#, the lady who answered there sounded bored. I probably won’t be getting my $30 back but LISTEN to the reviews! Idk how this place is still up and running.
Food is good in taste.. but they trifling of how the pictures on the menu ARE NOT what you will get! Finessed big time.. (see photos) i ordered the Cuban (my fave sammich if all time) tell me why they made me a ham sandwich with bbq sauce on it… THATS IT! And the options i chose to be in my TropiChop… got none of it! A note if supplies are lacking would be understandable. Dont play with people food…
I don’t think they have ever gotten an order right. Ever. Every single time it’s wrong and I give them another try because the food is good. Terribly long lines because they’re very slow. They will almost never give you you’re sides or drinks and i didn’t even get a full entree last time
