I never get chicken tenders anywhere because they are hard and dry as sawdust.Today something led me to PDQ and I ordered 5 tenders and waffle fries.I don’t like waffle fries, either. Too much like cardboard.I arrived home and sat down to eat.To my surprise, the waffle fries were still hot, and they were delicious.The tenders, though, are what blew me away.Large, soft, juicy tenders, and still hot.A revelation!I’ll be back, and soon.I would have given 5 stars, but you have to leave room at the top!
This has to be a joke… just went through the drive through & was excited to see Mac n cheese is new on the menu. “Panko breadcrumb topping” & this is what I received?? Cheese soup with a few noodles? Now I’m left with a disgusting side with dinner & stuck with the decision of wasting my time & gas to drive back up or eat this.. do better PDQ
We normally love this PDQ but today we ordered a take out salads.The chicken in one of the salads was small crunchy pieces and very few.The lettuce and spinach in both salads was old. Very disappointed that if you take out salad it is not the quality we’re used to getting there. My salad went down the garbage disposal. Just sorry I didn’t think to take a picture before I tossed it. ?
My family of 4 (2 adults, a 10 yo, and a 6 yo) ate here for lunch on 4/4 upon our arrival to the Saint Augustine area for our Spring Break vacation. We got off the exit not entirely sure what we’d come across but saw PDQ and gave it a try since it looked interesting (plus we don’t have them back home). We were pleasantly surprised! The spicy chicken sandwich was awesome, as were the fingers, sauces, and waffle fries! All four of us really enjoyed it! The staff was very friendly, the food came out fast, and the restaurant (and restrooms) were very clean!
I don’t know what they’re teaching their employees at PDQ but the customer service is ALWAYS great. Super friendly and helpful, always a smile. Delicious meals too. Great alternative to Chick Fil A since there isn’t one in this neighborhood.
The food is just average but always consistent. My daughter loves it. It also is usually empty so no waits. It's convenient to my house so we frequent it often.
Pleasent people here and quick service, even when coming in near closing time.Sandwiches we got were tasty and the waffle fries were crispy and well seasoned.Restaurant was nice and clean and looked good and up kept.
First time visiting PDQ Restaurant. The service was very good. The food was hot and tasty (especially the fries). The shake was delicious.

First time visit, very Nice, greeted well, very nice personality. Will definitely go back again
