Food was good... location was clean. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars was because the box of fries was half empty and a large drink was the size of the medium in many other locations. Not sure it they made a mistake or that is the way they serve their food. If you like chicken sandwiches, then at least stop and give it a try.
PDQ is great. I basically only do drive-thru but the tenders meal with a sweet tea and garlic sauce is delicious!!!
My first time here and it was delicious! How is this fast food?! Why is this not up north!?
I still like PDQ but it’s need of a bit of a refresh. My family and I have been coming here since they opened a decade or so ago. The food is still good. But I’ve noticed recently that the restaurant isn’t as clean as it used to be, the items in the condiment area aren’t always stocked, one of the video menus wasn’t working and at some point they removed one of the drink machines. Overall it’s just not as good of an experience as it used to be.
I ordered the Crispy Chicken combo. The flavor is in the toppings, not the chicken. I also ordered Mac & Cheese... It looked and tasted like box Mac & Cheese. Not satisfied with my meal.
Pull up to the first window no one is there the people behind me is frustrated because they are all waiting on me to order so I pull forward to the second window once again no one is at that window so when finally comes to the window and tells me that I can pull back around and get back in line that someone is heading to the back window to take the orders definitely not going back there with their customer service being the way it is if I had to sit in line and wait and I was the first person why couldn't you take my order even if you had to walk to the back window to take it you tell me to go pulll and be behind six cars waiting in line also
Amazing Staff, very informative. Never really been to a PDQ but their staff is 10 outta 10. Told me about the app and the rewards for it and honestly I couldn't believe it was that good. The food came by quick and was delicious!
Pleasant staff at lunchtime. Food was really good. Enjoyed buffalo nuggets and a side salad with bleu cheese dressing.
This place has definitely went downhill! I used to eat here all the time and it just keeps getting worse. I got a salad today and paid $11. Got home and there was not enough salad to cover half the container. Not worth the money at all!
It was decent. I think Zaxbys has a better flavor to the strips, but definitely loved their waffle fries.
