I went to Panera today not knowing what I wanted and a staff member , Jayden , suggested a “ special “ sandwich he usually makes . when I tell you that was the best one I’ve had on the menu , it was the BEST . I would come to this location every week if I lived closer
This was my soup with the pick 2. Pathetic and very disappointed. Seems like they have gone downhill every time we order out. Sad this may be the last for a long time here. ? Panera you can do better.
I love panera bread food. However, lately I've been a little concerned with the cleanliness of the places. It is the third Panera that I've been that was not clean at all. The tables were a mess and the floor had food everywhere. My major concern is if the main area is in that shape, how is the kitchen doing?...
I understand todays resturant business in higher priced food and trying to keep employees and still keeping lights on. But today it just got little worse. When we order broccoli and cheese no matter the cost. I felt less than half a cup of serving is very unacceptable. At $5.59 and give out $2 worth makes me not want to return after eating there for many years. Give the customers what they pay even though prices go up
Tale of two stores.If you go in early, it's amazing. Food is fresh, fast, and fantastic. Everything is clean, and the crew is welcoming.If you go in at dinner or later? You.may be disappointed. Ive gone to ~20 different Paneras and this one 10+ times.This store is responsible for the two worst visits Ive ever had to Paneras. Sloppy flat read, mediocre smoothies, rock hard bread, dirty tables.I'll go back, just not after 3pm
This is a great Panera. The best broccoli and cheese soup, baguette and bear claws. It’s done quickly and easy pick-up.
Orders are constantly wrong...I don't think I've been there when they haven't got something wrong. We now drive a good deal away to another Panera because this one is always messing up the order. And I get you have have young people there working, but the best part of a messed up order is trying to someones attention to fix it when they have earbuds in and can't hear you.
I've been ordering from this specific dining hall all week long. I'm very disappointed for the simple reason of they wouldn't give me not one pickle with my sandwich. When I asked for extras I got them once, when I ordered the very next day I got nothing. I called spoke to the manager, she told me she would take care of me but she couldn't send my missing sandwich or the extra pickles out to me unless I ordered for a delivery; I did just that, still didn't get anything. I called her back, she apologized that she couldn't help me because she missed it. That was a very disappointing experience. I wish someone would remind them to put the pickles inside the sandwich wrappers.
Had two homeless guys screaming each other piece of s* and f* with noone in staff including manager who is watching take an action. Kids were in there and we all feel unsafe being in a Panera bread first time ever.
