I ordered by doordash and the food was fine but no utensils! How am i suppose to eat my foos with no utensils? Sandwich , soup and salad and eating like a caveman! This is the 4th time and there will not be a fifth!!! The restaurant business since covid has deteriorated beyong belief!!
Stopped by today for one of my favorite bagels Cinnamon Crunch ? toasted with butter .Yummy yummy along with a glass of Passion Papaya Green Iced Tea.A nice refreshing drink to start the day with no caffeine. If you like caffeine they have these new charged lemonades that are delicious and loaded with plant-based Clean caffeine powered by Guarana and green coffee extract. I've tried them all and they are all very tasty. The Mango Yuzu Citrus is my favorite ? however, they are all very good.
I don’t know how old this Panera location is, but it is in desperate need of a remodel. Everything thing was worn out, and dirty. Everything I touched was sticky and gross. The floors were sticky. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The floors were very slippery, it smells terrible, no towels, what looked to be mold on the floor and around the sinks. To top it all off it was so hot inside that I began to sweat while just sitting there. Not sure if maybe the A/C was out, but that made for a very unpleasant experience.
Terrible customer service. No paninis. Counter help said they didn’t know how to work the kiosk when I said it wouldn’t come up for me. Lacked any kind of professionalism. Went to Chick-fil-a instead where they had the food I wanted AND courteous service. Watch it Panera or you will be out of business soon. Had same experience in IN!
Panera used to be good but they've gotten ridiculous with how much money they're squeezing out of customers. One, they've increased the prices. Ten dollars for a lunch sized bowl of soup? Okay, that's kinda reasonable for Panera quality. But I get the soup and it's such a small portion. Way smaller than it used to be. It wasn't even a spoon deep (see pictures). Plus the taste was really nothing to brag about, it's now the same quality as canned soup. Don't go to Panera, it is no longer worth the money to eat canned soup.
The night crew literally got into a shouting match with profanities while we ate in. Apparently one of the guys on the kitchen staff was using his hands to mix salads and one of the staff was chewing him out and it escalated quickly. The waitress at the counter was sullen and didn’t greet us, was very clipped. I will never come here again.
South Georgia Tormenta FC's USL League One team and staff enjoyed the fast preparation, service and quality of food from our 31-meal takeaway order at this location! We highly recommend this location and will order again in the future when we return to the area.
My souffle was delicious but this bagel i asked them to toast is just too burnt for me to even bite it. Its literally black around the edges.
Wow , when I say rude . Never have I ever experienced something like this . I worked all day since 8 am till 9:25 pm. Was checked out at Panera by 9:45 . And received my food by 9:50. I had a guy worker basically say out loud . Very loud “ I really be wanting to ask people why they know we about to close and still come here “ a girl told him I was standing right there and he said “ I know !”Very rude and unprofessional! After a very long day of working a warm cup of soup and salad is not a lot to ask for (which is the least messy thing to get to make there lives easier )As soon as I walked in I was told I couldn’t order a hot sandwich . Which is fine because I didn’t wanna cause anymore work!
Most of the time around dinner service I find the service is poor, food soup is cold, coffee is cold. I should have good service, hot food, hot coffee. It shouldn't be a hang out place for the manager to hit on the staff.
