Asked for a soup in a bread bowl…I was given a small cup with said soup not even full and the bread…if I would’ve known it was DIY I wouldn’t have paid them to make it I would’ve cooked at home…
Seriously Panera! If I order a full bowl of soup, I don’t expect HALF a bowl! Moreover, if your employee rolls her eyes at me when I ask for a refund, this is what you get…a public review on multiple sites showing what a ripoff you are.
Supposed to be a caramel latte… couldn’t even stir it, and I requested only 2 pumps of caramel…. Pretty sure that’s like 5.
I never leave reviews but man this was too bad not to. Ordered the broccoli and cheddar mac & it was basically just a thick, solid mass of half-melted cheese in a bowl for 6 bucks. Even turned it upside down and it didn’t even move if that says anything lol. I’ve had both the broccoli cheddar soup and the regular mac before and both were good but nothing about this was right. If I wanted melted cheese in a bowl I would have just done it myself for free at home
Please be extra careful when purchasing gift cards. Be sure not to make an error because this is the one time your mistake is unforgivable. I had meant to purchase 10 gift cards for $100 but mistakenly got one card for $100.00. I realized the mistake immediately after swiping my card, not when I walked out of the door or hours later. All 1 needed the store to do was exchange the one card for 10 cards, but apparently that was harder than climbing the Himalayas. They asked me to contact the corporate office who has been giving me the runaround ,and bouncing me off from one department to another, pretty much like the tennis ball at the French Open. I know my lack of future business is not enough to deter sales at Paneras but they sure won't get another penny from me.
For a Panera bread, this location was very dirty and the staff quite rude. Walking back from the bathroom, I was nearly hit with a door by a staff member on my way down the hallway with no apology or acknowledgement of my place. The bathroom in general was very dirty and needed to be restocked.
Such a pleasant experience every-time I come in, greeted with the best welcome & smile from Jamil. Excellent customer service & friendly staff team. Can’t wait to come back & enjoy my next meal!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We placed a pickup order for a bread bowl and soup. We were given a small cup of soup with 3 bites of soup (and THREE pieces of chicken in it). When we asked for a refund and to have them take the item back the manager flat out refused and said he will not refund an appropriately sized item. We weren’t asking to keep the soup and have a refund. We were asking for them to take the item back because $8 for 3 bites of soup is flat out ridiculous. Panera is usually stingy with their to go orders but never go to this location. Their manager is completely unprofessional.
I love the atmosphere. The food is healthy, hot, and fresh. The employees are very friendly and attentive to your needs.
