Food was good but the kiosks almost never work. In fact the cashiers told us not to use them because they "always mess up orders and we don't know how to fix it". They have greatly limited their menu and were still out of items. They removed my husband's favorite potato soup which means he has no reason to return
I would love to give this place a zero star but I can’t so I gave it one, the reason behind this is because I left a purse there overnight and all my money was gone but when I asked them for help they didn’t want to help, still asked them for camera footage which they said they don’t have camera footage which is weird and suspicious. Plus their food is too little and overpricing. The worst Panera Bread.
Great place for coffee but they don’t give you much food for the money. Tried the Caesar chicken salad and they gave me a very small portion size for the money. I even tried ordering extra lettuce and they told me that it only comes in one size portion. So we won’t be back for lunch. Too many other places to choose from that give good size portions.
I love Panera, and I have also worked there so I am pretty understanding when it comes to getting orders out and getting orders right but I've had 3 below par experiences/orders at this Cafe recently, all three the same. For one, they are always out of something, but I do go there before close so I understand that, but I've had a paper in my sandwich the last two visits. I've also had avocado peels still on the avocado. This last time they told me to pull around to the wait position and they forgot about me or didn't see me, so I had to go in and remind them about my order. I've been to other cafes and I only have the issues at this cafe
Other than the wait time, it was a like any panera. Great customer service. When the order was taking longer than estimated, i was ensured they were working on my order. An item was missed on my order and the server quickly made sure to take care of it.
I love it here! It's in a great location. The staff are nice. They do their best to keep the restaurant clean and ready to go, even when they're busy. They explain what the menu items are and help you decide if you can't. Shannon and Stephen rock this place.
Fresh & Delicious every time - the egg white, tomato, avocado and spinach breakfast sandwich is go good ?
Oh my.... What has happened? I guess it is the post-pandemic Panera. The overwhelmed staff was trying, thus the three stars. But every other aspect was just... Not good. 1:30pm, about 10-12 in the dining room, nobody in line, very few came in behind us. No longer offer the 99¢ bakery item. (We'll learn to live without it.) We had two buzzers at our table... Watched them constantly... 25 minutes later we go inquire. Food (first order) was sitting in the pass-thru. Buzzers never went off. Soup was room temperature. Out of bowls, so they put hot soup in a small to-go bowl, just over half full. About 10 minutes later, Our table mates had to go and inquire about their food.... In a couple of minutes it was given to them in a to-go bag - as they were out of bowls, plates, etc. to serve it on. Will give it another try, maybe sometime.
Worst Panera I’ve ever gotten food from. I’ve had Covid so I’ve ordered delivery 3 times to my house (contactless) and it hasn’t been right once. The first time i called and the woman refunded me half of what i paid even though more than half of it was wrong… so i order again a few days later and they still didn’t pay attention to minor things. I ordered again today and everything was completely f*cked. My boyfriends sandwich had a hair in it! My sandwich was too sloppy to eat! It had sauce all over the place and falling apart. The emerald greens didn’t look very emerald! They were brown! Gross! My onion soup still didn’t come with croutons or cheese. And my chocolate chip cookie was rock hard! I took a bite and it hurt my teeth. Seriously? I used to work at Panera Bread on 3rd street and i know this is not acceptable! $50 for a meal for two delivered, you’d think they’d make it right!
This trip was a special trip to get soup for our neighbors that have Covid. We were able to get some Chicken Soup to help them get some energy. They really enjoyed the soup even when they were low on energy. They are still on the mend and have picked up more soup. The staff was attentive and were quick about getting our order together. Will visit again soon for our own order.
