Used to love this location, but the last six months has been rough. I wish they’d remove curbside pickup if they can’t fulfill it. And it would be nice if they apologize when you have to go inside and ask about it.
We ordered at the kiosk and half the items were already sold out by 10am on Saturday. Not busy at all. Ordered two souffles, was then told the ones I ordered were out but they were making more if I wanted to wait.Okay, cool. Sit there and then was told they actually don't have them at all.Okay, getting a different kind and was told they'd add bacon to them. Sat for like 30 minutes and still nothing. Go ask for them to box them up when they're ready. Sat waiting while my husband put kids in the car. Finally go to the front where there are 15+ of the 2nd kind we ordered.Ask the expo girl for the umpteenth time (who wouldn't even acknowledge you unless you made a big deal. My husband and I both stood near the expo window without being acknowledged) and she immediately boxed them up. I wouldn't care so much if this wasn't food I was feeding my young child, plus there was no communication. You can't just ignore customers to avoid conflict. That makes things so much worse. This location has been going down hill for a long time. You pay too much to be treated like you're at a McDonald's.
The Boca Raton store out east is amazing they're so clean I ordered there are muffins I got addicted to them in their yogurt parfait they delivered it immediately I never had any issues with this company they're consistently good I highly recommend Panera Bread
This Panera is very decent. I’ve ordered curbside from them and they haven’t messed up an order yet. Inside dining is nice too.
Sasha the manager I saw her yelling at the employees as if they were dogs I will not be coming back!!!!!!! And the other manger were laughing at the employees and especially the manger with the red hair and the manger with the red hair was also talking to one of the employees as if they were slow and I over heard the employee saying why is she taking to me like that I’m not slow that was rude I’m not tolerating giving money to a business that talks to their employees like DOGS AND I WILL NOT BE BACK HOPE SHE GETS FIRED
The apples they gave us were dirty. The floor needs to be sweep. Most chairs have crumbs. This Panera needs some love. I won’t be back to this location.
did a pickup order . forgot my drink and had to go in and grab it which was fine . but then i got home and they forgot my dessert as well … ? the food was actually really good but when you pay for things you assume everything would be in the bag . i would avoid take out/ pick up orders at this location … eating in is probably fine

Food was delicious, appealing, and service was fairly quick as it wasn't very busy during my visit. The expediter was friendly and very helpful with ensuring we received our order at the pick-up window. This is a nice location situated in a busy shopping plaza.My main pain point was the lack of cleanliness of the floors in the dining area. The furniture appeared worn and tables were uneven. Staff attentiveness in the dining in between seatings is needed. Beverage area also needed attention more regular in between self service.
