I have always loved Panera but today I was eating my soup (not paying attention) and choked on plastic. It was a pretty big piece of plastic and it seemed like it was melted together in places. I ate 1/2 of the soup before I realized there was plastic in it so I’m nervous as to how many small pieces I might have eaten before that. It makes me sick thinking back to literally pulling plastic out of my throat at work. I don’t know how employees miss something that…
Went in Saturday to get two pumpkin muffins and two tomato soups and grill cheese sandwiches to go. Muffins were placed in a brown bag without a box, container, or anything to seperate them. I had never had that happen at any other location. I did not receive a receipt at the register when given the muffins, which I did not look at when the bag was given to me, and when I asked for one I was told that it would be with the other part of my order. It was not. I am very disappointed in not getting one. Customer service needs to be improved.

The wait for something as simple as a bagel is unnecessarily long. Rather than quickly slicing and toasting the bagel and giving it to you, they make you go sit and wait in the back for it. It was faster before, why reinvent the wheel.The cinnamon crunch bagel was good. The walnut cream cheese was good, but smaller than before and over priced. It cost a few cents less than the bagel.
Panera just hits different, I dont care what anyone else says Panera is underrated. It's SO good, I'm not a soup person but this place is my exception. I'd go for the broccoli cheddar soup or the vegetable soup with a tuna sandwich( it's only 5.99 a great deal in my opinion ) ?
I love Panera, but sometimes I feel like I just rolled through the fast food line at McDonald's! They just slap the ingredients on the sandwich and half of it is always falling off. Also, prices are too high for what you get.
Sometimes you want a peaceful place to have a good cup of coffee. Panera is my place to go.
I have always loved Panera Bread. This time I experienced the WORST UNFRIENDLIEST customer service! The staff absolutely didn't care to greet me nor did they get my order right. When I told the manager, she'd simply stare at me as if she did not care. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service which I have never experienced at this Panera location that I used to love so much. In fact, this was my review below when they USED to be goodNot only does it make me feel like I am sitting in my own home, but the customer service at this particular location is just great. Once they see you as a regular, it's almost like seeing an old friend. The food is fresh on time and so delicious! It is our go-to restaurant as a family. Highly highly recommend Panera over Starbucks any day of the week. And the best part? It's not overly air-conditioned!
In the measure of any vendor from my 41 years of sales experience is how they fix a problem. I had a take out order from Panera and found it was incorrect. Even, the manager took it upon himself to replace the order and “Door Dash” it to our home, all at his cost. That’s the true measure of a good vendor when something goes wrong. Thank you Even!
