So I went to the Panera on San Jose Blvd, Jax FL. Order my wife’s meal because she has been in the hospital and this is what I get. Her Turkey sandwich has no Turkey on it and her fruit bowl has 1/4 full fruit. This is crap I spent $40.00 her food and soup and the order was all jacked up and didn’t realize it until I drove 30 min back home.

The food was good but it seems to be getting more expensive. This location had the espresso machine down once and that's disappointing. I had to make my own ice coffee and it did not taste right since I don't know how to use the sweetener. The next time I visited I finally got madagascar vanilla latte and it was disgusting. I've had it before at other Panera and this was nothing like the drink.

What has happened to Panera Bread? We went for dinner. Big mistake. We always like the Apple salad. We ordered it and were told they were out of pre made salad. We were told if we tell them what lettuce we want they can throw it together. My husband choose to do that. I ordered the 1/2 Turkey sandwich and a cup of soup. The turkey is processed. The bread was good. Soup is not very hot. The baguette I got with my sandwich was stale. My husband’s salad had some pieces of lettuce that were brown. Many of the tables were not clean. I noticed the staff member clearing the tables just cleared them but did not wipe them down to clean them. Overall I was extremely disappointed. We will not be going back.

No customer service. Ordered 1 honey walnut cream cheese online but order somehow showed 3. They would not take back 2 unopened untouched cream cheese from their own sealed pickup bag, in spite of explaining that kids are allergic and had only ordered one.It was a reminder of why I had stopped going to this Panera location.

I have been pleased with this Panera until today. The chicken sandwich was on white bread…fell apart soggy-like it had been sitting for a bit. Usually asked about my bread choice. Had to prompt about chips…they were nice and crisp. Disappointing sandwich…chix noodle soup was ok.

I'm usually all about some Panera...Pull up to the drive thru speaker at 7:06 pm right after two other cars just ordered and the speaker says, "I'm sorry we are closed." Thinking their hours clearly say 9pm.I do a lap around the building, seeing plenty of people in the dining area. I called the restaurant to tell them and he said it wasn't closed and walks back to see what's going on.I pulled up again to get the same auto message when a girl quickly gives a getting and tried to say she was there the whole time.. Whatever. Trying to redeem my kids congrats for good grades from school, not a good experience

Food is always good. Definitely have to get the chocolate frozen drink. If you like sweet then it's for you.

Filthy.... the floors were disgusting. Coffee was like warm at best, didn't fulfill my order without me asking for items three times. Had to ask to have a table cleaned... and, no, they weren't that busy ....

When I pay for soup and half sandwich I expected to get that. I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup. Which was fine but not hot. And my half sandwich had at least an inch of lettuce,2 slice tomato, some onion and if there was a tablespoon of tuna I was lucky. My mother inlaw wanted a BLT. They put 2 half slice of bacon that was cold. If I wanted a lettuce sandwich I would have gotten a salad! Last time I got chicken frontego and hardly any chicken. I don't like a big sandwich but I do like something on it other than lettuce and bread. On top of that. I had to get everyones order and bring it to the table myself. And they ask for a tip when you order! I know COVID us around. But at least you get service in a restaurant!

Friendly service. Fast prep. Great food.
